There is no gender discrimination here. Women in many countries in the world have relatively high status and strong investment awareness, because they hold the financial power of a family.

I don't know why some people are struggling very hard to make sexism out of the crypto industry. Is there anything that separates people's mental ability from the other? Well, none that I know of. Once a job doesn't involve lifting heavy stuff physically, I don't think there should be any segmentation or segregation based on gender. If we want to go that way, I don't see how it improves the industry or we as a community. Therefore, people should be allowed to pick what interests them.

I don’t think there is any accurate data when it comes to how many women are into cryptocurrency trading, and moreover I don’t know how Robinhood got to know they have more females joining their platform or how they go about attracting more females to their platform. Anyways, this is how it has always been, in a space like this there are always more men than women, just like there are more women in the nursing field than there are men. Things like this you can’t force them, people are free to do whatever they want to do. I believe that with time we are going to have more women joining the community.

Although I agree with the fact that women's have been progressively making advancement in every field and sitting on high position managing billion dollars MNC's and crypto has also seen the boom of female investors in past few years but Robinhood claiming that they have enabled more women's to crypto market does not make any sense but sounds as only a promotional cheap publicity scheme to advertise about them using gender oriented marketing. But this won't work for them as many exchanges have seen the rise so it's all because of them only?I don't understand what they think when they make such statements.

I see now there are quite a few women involved in cryptocurrency and they already know how to make more profits than men, if it's about ingenuity or composure, patience, I think women make up the percentage taller than men, that's my opinion.

We absolutely cannot find the accuracy of relying only on one particular data, because if so that the survey or data has shown the female population dominates crypto trading means it indicates a data leak. doesn't privacy guarantee it all?
then based on which data do they take as a sample? and what methods were used when sampling the data? Random? Systematic Sampling? Purposive Sampling? Snowball Sampling? Accidental Sampling? Sampling Quota? or what, because the quantitative data taken are not based on facts in the field !!!

fighting for gender rights, I think it's useless... I want to tell a little story. As long as I have children, I can't really focus on trading and looking after them so I decided to leave day trading and become a holder. it doesn't really matter that women are in trading jobs because women and men have different rights and responsibilities. stop forcing not an important thing.

In crypto trading, no one has gender, everyone has the same rights in managing bitcoin, maybe many women are active now, not like women before, only in bed, in the kitchen, and in the well, women now wear more clothes, even companies Even large numbers can be controlled by women, especially bitcoin, which only uses the internet, and can play while we lie down..

Crypto trading is one of those areas where women can shine because it's a gender-neutral activity without bias whereas overall most work situations in the world tend to be male-dominated with at least some degree of bias against women (often subconsciously if not intentionally).

Robinhood COO: We have enabled more women to trade crypto. I'm curious, how is Robinhood particularly enabling the participation of more women in cryptocurrency trading? I mean, is there a specifically unique feature on its platform which somehow caters or interests more to women than men? I guess most of these gender talks when it comes to the online world of crypto trading are irrelevant. Crypto trading is generally gender-neutral. It doesn't require a minimum amount of physical strength, height, pain tolerance, or whatever which could be attached more to one gender than the other. Maybe there is a little difference in other aspects, such as risk appetite, logical thinking, emotional. This is not gender discrimination, but these differences are real. It is probably real. However, in these modern times I guess it is merely prejudice to attach risk appetite, logical thinking, and being emotional to a certain gender. Gone are the days when being emotional is primarily attached to women. I don't know, I may be wrong. But in terms of crypto trading, the risk is the same for a male trader and a female trader. The need for logic in analyzing the price movements is necessary both to men and women.

Based on the article(and the main topic), the COO said that the cryptocurrency space is a " stereotyped as a male-dominated space". "Stereotype" pretty much just means that it's a generalized belief, and not necessarily backed by actual data.

Was there previously a ban on women trading crypto? Which exchange makes it difficult for women to enter crypto trading? And I'm a little confused by this reasoning: Robinhood COO: We have enabled more women to trade crypto.
Isn't this normal? we don't even know for sure how many female players there are in the crypto world.

Women are joining the crypto trade with boys it will usually depend on them how they trade of crypto trading girls have very little knowledge and they cannot protect the privacy of anything studies have shown some differences between the masculine and feminine approaches to trading. In general men got the best and worst performances this implies that men do business in a more dangerous way than women are more cautious, they consider risk and open less trades. This helps to keep the costs related to brokerage fees low.

This is just one news but in reality everyone wants to trade crypto and its not limited to any gender. You only need to have investment and knowledge if you want to trade crypto.

this generation is different than what we had in the past . women now are more engaging and can do things that usually boys can only do . add in the situation now that we are in pandemic . its hard to earn money and more women decided to work and help their husbands or their parents and bros if they dont have a family yet . they see crypto as one of the best oppurtunities to earn money

Robinhood COO: We have enabled more women to trade crypto. Gretchen Howard described crypto investments "stereotyped as a male-dominated space,” but she has seen significant growth for women during her two years at Robinhood. I do not understand the real meaning of enabling more women to trade, did they disable women before to enable all of a sudden . The problem is you cannot force anyone to trade or invest in cryptocurrency and it takes time for some to get involved in a new market and you cannot view them as gender disparity and some would not invest in a new market irrespective of the gender.

First time on hearing out that theres a platform who doesnt really recognized women or doesnt allow women to use up to trade up because of gender? How come this had become the main factor for them to consider out on allowing a certain gender? It should be freely accessed no matter if you are a man or woman as long you do know how to trade up and i dont see the point on how gender affects up the way they do trade or simply affect on the business? This is a free market and everyone does have the will neither they would engage or not and as expected that women are less likely to engage on risky or adventurous things compared to man.

the trade that women do today depends.on how little they get an.opportunity, because women are more difficult to get a job and they use this as a main business.or side business.so that they can.make money to meet their daily needs.by that's.why they don't care what business.they do, as long as it's.good they will do anything as long as they can.make money

Whether robinhood users have been verified by kyc and in which countries there is a drastic increase in female gender users in trading activities, although gender issues are not very important but it is also interesting if many women actively participate in the cryptocurrency space.
