To be honest, I don't yet found any official announcement that Elon Musk will be joining Jack Dorsey for that conference.
We all know that Elon Musk is a fan of 'meme' or 'trolling' as you can see on his tweets.
So, we can't be guaranteed if those replies tweets to Jack Dorsey's thread are all true and Elon Musk will be joining on July 21, 2021.

Yes, what you say its true. Only closer to the time we'll know whether this meeting will actually take place or not. And, if it does, what it will mean for the immediate future of BTC. My expectation is that the market won't move much unless the meeting results in drastic opinion changes for either party. It is in both their own interest to spark market positivity or neutrality at least.

That is, if Elon Musk changes his stance on bitcoin specially about bitcoin mining. Otherwise, this is just moot meeting and I don't see it will have a drastic impact on the market. Jack Dorsey though is a willing participant here. But if Elon Musk insist that bitcoin is harmful to the environment then there's nothing that Jack can do to sway his belief.

But probably more crypto enthusiast are going to tune in and wanted to hear Elon Musk. Specially when he started spewing things that he doesn't have knowledge (bitcoin mining).

It won't have a drastic impact anyway. If it does I will lose my belief in minimum sense of rationality and humanity. Musk should by no means be able to have a drastic (as you put it) impact on Bitcoin's price. He is rich as hell yes, and he if were to pump $100 billion into Bitcoin, yes, but not if he meets Dorsey, they have some chat about cryptocurrencies and mining, say a couple of positive words and the market goes through the roof. That can't just happen.

A discussion on BTC mine and its energy use is going to be held between ELON MUSK and JACK DORSEY on 21 July 2021. Like you and I many users are waiting for hearing a good and fruitful discussion that will put a positive impact in this Bearish trend. If discussion will be fruitful, price will start again towards uptrend but i don't think it will hit huge pump.

^^ Many people followed his hype and started invested in cryptocurrency but he is making a mockery out of the entire situation, he profited huge in a short period and then his trolling started to take the market down and he did not care about other people who invested listening to his shilling. Stay away from self centered people like that.

Let's not put this much pressure into two people, it was giving Elon Musk this much influence that made things hard for us and now people are suggesting we should do the same for Jack as well. I believe there are very few people we should listen for crypto world because they can actually influence it with their moves. One of them is Vitalik because he turns ETH into something better every day, not personally I imagine because there are other coders and as far as I know he wasn't a great coder himself, according to him of course, and that is still good because he changes ETH into something awesome with the collection of help from everyone and acceptance of the community.

Secondly CZ because dude is CEO of binance and that means he has power over many things and that is why I think he should be listened to. I can't name a third one but I am sure there are a few others and that's about it.

Maybe they were too hopeful and depressed after the PUD on BTC and suffered losses, and then wanted their assets back immediately, with this kind of news that has the potential to be a pump that will affect many people's minds, that is if Elon doesn't fool us anymore, hopefully it really recovers the value of crypto, but I don't really expect too much myself.

I know for sure that a lot of people are going to follow up with the meeting, whether they are a part of the cryptocurrency community or not, they would like to watch it because these two people are big influencers. So, this is going to draw a lot of attraction.

But I don’t know if that is enough to cause a spike in the price of Bitcoin, but it’s going to be another step in bolstering the community, since there are lots of people who are not yet part of this community that will become interested in it. And it will help people understand that there are other ways that Bitcoin can be mined without using energy source that is going to be harmful to the environment.
