I have not, but they did give one away for a charity auction I held ( thanks again bud!! ) last year or two years ago, something like that..so I can check and see if the person whom won that card has ever used it.  They certainly are cool looking card, probably need to pick one up myself for the ol collection. 

Look forward to seeing what else you guys come up with Satochip!

I have several Satochip cards (+ a couple of readers too). Those wallets are working as advertised. I loaded some of them in the past with small amounts & move funds around, without any issues...

thanks - I doubt I would ever use them but I was curious. I do plan on eventually buying one of each design to place with the rest of my wallet collection.

Thank you for the interest you have regarding Satochip.
Our hardware wallet is working like a charm. Of course, nothing is perfect but funds are Safu.
We do support BIP32 and BIP39 standards so even if your card is bricked or lost, you can restore your wallet using a new one or any other hardware wallet that respect these standards.

The fact is we have a good support : the chip card. We are able to print whatever we want and make great collaboration with crypto artists.
These cards are truely collectibles.

today i decided to add the wallet cards from Satochip to my collection. i became aware of these cards again today through a tweet (created by Suzuki Matt) and then immediately visited the homepage of Satochip.
find the design of the respective cards very successful and it reminds me something of the cards of Tangem. what still speaks for the wallets of satochips is that these are limited in small numbers

Personally I love sato chip cards. I have played around with a few of them now including a NFT card. The Sato Team is great as well. I was having issues (user error) with my card and was helped immediately. I even got to meet the guys at the Miami Conf. and they are great guys. I love the cards for wallet use and I started collecting the Art Series as well. Fast shipping and great customer service. Cant ask for much more. I definitely recommend.

I was curious about this as well so I reached out to Satodime and here is the response I received...

Question: Do you guys have any plans on having the satochip cards  work without the reader? Wasn't sure if that was in the works or even possible

Their reply

 "Hello 👋

Our cards are NFC ready. To be able to use it with a smartphone (for example), it only require a compatible mobile app.

So far we only have an app for the Satodime product but we are working on different integration to be able to use the hardware wallet with mobile through NFC"

Yes, I was aware of this and spoke with them about it at the conference - unfortunately, it wont work for me as I don't use android anything.
and as PreciousMetapsICT received from them, they are working on it. That is what they told me as well - I just wasn't sure if any further progress had been made since speaking with them at the conference.
