Roobet Being Shady/ Not Paying out

What happened: Was playing on Roobet about a month ago pretty big losses $100k+ and slowly stopped playing, got an email that my account was locked and I still had roowards available that amounts to $5100, I asked why I couldnt login withdraw and verify my ID they said I was using a VPN. I told them I lived in an unrestricted country and have no replies anymore since 3 weeks.

You are not  clear on this. Did you or did you not use any VPN while accessing or playing on the site?
It doesn't matter if your country is restricted or not.

They got terms and conditions that are totally against use of VPNs unless you are already KYC verified.

Im curious with your case. If you didnt use any VPN or violate any rules. What does it mean that they dont warranty your withdrawal?

Maybe some roobet representative herr on forum can explain to him. If he didnt do any violations, then he is eligible for a cash gift (btc) for that roowards. Not familiar with that one, been long time since I didnt play roobet. Or someone who has rooward can verify that this can be converted into money or just a bonus for playing games that can earn btc.

When I asked, I was told I passed a certain threshold for deposits and needed to be checked, I was fine with submitting ID but then they told me I was using a VPN and locked my account, I think the threshold was $200k

Maybe ask them in this forum, pretty sure that they will answer you, they are a reputable gambling site and I don't think that they are going to do anything to taint that reputation, provide them the evidence and other stuff that they need and also be patient because this kind of thing takes time to ensure that there really is a problem.

I think you are either being dishonest with how you present your case here or you are leaving out some critical information.

You mean to tell me you've never used a VPN, you are not playing from a restricted area and you have about $200k wagered (with no actual balance left, just roowards) and Roobet would lock your account in order to not pay out said roowards? Seems far fetched but I've brought this up with the roobet team and will let you know if I hear back from them.

Now how did he get to know about the project, where did he get the link to site and thirdly how he comes to know about btt.
if that, probably he might got involved with silly activity that led to the ban of his main account and you know what that means

Don't get how its so crazy me stating what happened, I didn't have any other accs and no VPN, I think they ran their automated IP check on my home IP and it came back as a VPN it's a mistake, that's why I'm here

What I still don't understand is why your answer, if you never used a VPN, was "I live in an unrestricted country" instead of pointing out that you never used it and it had to be a mistake on their end, so you could have asked them to "please check again" before their radio silence.

Even if it is true that you don't live in a restricted country, it was unnecessary to mention it since the main reason for banning you (connecting through a VPN), and which you omitted, was wrong.

Maybe it is just the way your write, but it seems to me too that you are obviating some critical info. Otherwise, I would suggest you to improve the way you present your arguments. Anyway, I hope you the best: I have gambled in the past with Roobet and, in my opinion, they offer a reliable service.

Yeah understood, roobet was great until it wasn't.. I been in contact with some people who have had a job there and they are saying every second account now is getting hit with the VPN thing, I guess all the streamers brought some light on roobet
