me sometimes I'm playing dice game on my mind which it leads me on playing dice game even if I already use my gambling budget.

This is really a sign of addiction that you are even playing on your mind and you can't resist not to think about dicing. I just find it funny but this is a sad reality that's really happening to many gamblers.

It was like that and with this discussion then at least he could realize if he had any signs of gambling addiction. In the past, with not many discussions like this on social media that I found, at least this kind of thing is difficult for me to realize about a mind that has been controlled by gambling is a sign of addiction. Because of that awareness, at least he had understood what steps should be taken to erode such thoughts in his brain, because if it continued to be a thought then he would also continue to try it in gambling.

A gambling addicts always thinks he/she can recover his/her lost by playing more. But as you stated, is always impossible. Losing control of yourself on gambling is also  a sign of gambling addiction. Some people get into fraud just to get money they will use to Gambling.

You should definitely set the correct expectations and have a healthy mindset before you start playing.

If you already seen yourself keep following your instinct not missing any gambling events, and if inside your mind it's always strategy or a possible winning team that urging you to bet in.

The general rule is that, only gamble away the money that you are willing to spend on. If you rely on gambling as a means for a source of income, then chances are that you would lose more money on the process.

Exactly! I don’t get why people state that gambling addiction ruins families so often, that says a lot about the willingness of family members to help each other overcome problems. In some cases, there can be alcohol or drug abusers, or people with psychiatric disorders, but you don’t abandon them for that, IMO it’s very wrong.

I think that in such families there is simply no love, because if you truly love someone you will do anything to have them with you. Gambling addiction is not the most serious problem you can face in life. Especially, there are many specialized centers that will help cope with this problem.

I really welcome your statements. Yes, a guy who is addicted, can not be left unsupported. One can overcome from his or her addiction by the support of his family members. Yes, I was addicted to drinks and smokes but certainly i was not a chain smoker. However, my wife said, drink and smoke when I am at home but not anywhere else. This was really encouraging and yes I followed her instruction. She was besides me when i was drinking. But I started feeling that  since i can drink and smoke in house, i skipped to go out for smokes and drinks. Then often i was reminded of drinks by my wife when i crossed wine shops. But i did not feel drinking. Yes this helped me leave these habits. This has been more than 5 months since i have taken my drinks.

Yes, family members can change anything upon one's will to do so.

I would understand if it's a physical dice that he actually rolls the dice by his hand but online dice?  I can't imagine adjusting and click 2x in my mind. I'm not sure if it's addiction. You really have a photographic memory of the interface of the casino before you could actually do this.

I think your point of view is pretty reasonable, but I would like to add that I also think an addiction really is a way more mental thing than just reducing it to your actions. Think of it this way: if you manage to not place a bet for a whole week, but you thought about doing it daily for several hours and it cost you a lot of mental resources to fight those thoughts, I think that could still be considered an addiction. How many resources does it cost you to make the decision to not play for a week? I guess that would be a better metric to either label someone as an addict or not.
