cryptonator is scam with doge coin

This has happened in the present, what i should do?  can you help me?  I'm in the very bad condition really.
This is the whole function of my Dogecoin in cryptonator wallet,  source and destination address, Fees are also reduced at the time of transfer, but  they never arrived.

I am assuming you were trying to withdraw from Cryptonator to trustwallet. Right?

According to the first image posted, a withdrawal of 45154 DOGE was processed on May 14, 2021. But your trustwallet address (displayed in the fourth image) hasn't received any fund. 
Tap on that outgoing transaction and check the output. There's a probability that you have withdrawn the fund to a wrong address.

I see that there is a clock icon on the outgoing transaction and there are no unconfirmed transactions at the address DJanih78K4dfZJBRsnrwtW8A945UXmJuf6, I think your transaction has not been confirmed or even executed by the server considering the cryptonator (afaik) is a custodial wallet. I have quoted the post as well as used image tag to help the op sothat anyone can check these image at a glance. Now no need to open each image on browser.

Tap on that outgoing transaction and check the output. There's a probability that you have withdrawn the fund to a wrong address. 

I think the wallet address is DJanih78K4dfZJBRsnrwtW8A945UXmJuf6 and there is no transaction showing on the wallet. If OP posted all right information then OP became scammed.

You use the wrong wallet (biggest scammer), before you, there are victims who lost some of their money/coins in cryptonator wallets.

That's a lot of Doge to keep in a Custodial web wallet like cryptonator. People are always advised to avoid custodial web wallets. They are far worse than the even banks.
Always look for wallets that give you access to your private keys or seeds so that If they don't work, you can just import your address into another functional wallet.

If you look at the reviews, you are not alone, they have had the dogecoin problem for over 2 months now and there's no solution whatsoever.

I am nt sure either this scam accusaion i right or not and also same thinking for others which you have shared but I have used more amount then these on cryptonator and got all the fund though it was about 2 years ago. Yet I am confused that cryptonator is a scam site.

They may have not been scammers in the past, but OP's accusation is valid. If you check the comment section of their last tweet regarding restoration of connectivity issues
There are so many users complaining about no receiving their Dogecoins even when the withdrawal in the wallet is indicated to have been completed.

What is more annoying is that this problem is now over 2 months old. Imagine having to wait for over 2 months for your Dogecoins to arrive in vain

Cryptonator is a scam wallet because personally I tested it I guess few year back with very small funds and after a while I am not able to withdraw the funds then I read the people experience about the wallet in the google play store review section and most of them said the same after that I never used it and also told about this to people for them earlier I advised this is one of the good multicoin wallet in the past.

@OP, you are not going to get anything back, sorry for your loss!
