It appears to be more like a "Ponzi scheme" as opposed to what you've described here.

i am ready to sing up the contract between us so that you can recieve 10% of the PALKY earnings for the lifetime.

That's not going to work ^{[on so many levels]} and without collateral, you'll be ignored. Read the first two posts from "this" thread.
