I had notice it that there are many bounty hunters stating or directing others about what is good and right. Yes, they say about things which are right for the forum and for everyone. However, when you check on their profile and post history it wasn't the way they say.

What I mean is that today they are doing good in their replies exerting their good advises but later on they forgot and does shitposting or just replying generic opinion just to comply bounty hunting requirement. This is a little bit wierd but there are really bounty hunters like that. Most of the time those bounty hunters are low rank to senior member in rank. Again, they act as they care but later on they don't. They are not really the one on what they say.

However, not all bounty hunters are alike for there others really working great exerting effort in every post and taking care also of the forum by reporting or scrutinizing shady accounts or promotional activities. Most likely hero and legendary are active in this. Maybe it so hard to rank up in that position and this is why they always tend to protect their usernames and rank by telling and doing always what is good and right for the forum and for everyone.

Well, I think those bounty hunters saying good but are actually acting bad like shitposting has the need to realize on what they are becoming. Still it is up for them if they will take to do always what is right and keep away from doing wrong things.

People who help advertise scams (that is bounty hunters advertising ICOs) don't care enough about the fact that they are accomplices even though they didn't scam nearly as much money the ICO owners did but they helped. These people don't care about their post quality, if they did they would have never helped the scammers in first place!

Your post is like talking to yourself.
But what I understood, I will answer.
Yes, not all bounty hunters are like crooks. They try and stuff. And there are no complaints about them. I see no reason why, as you say, they are afraid that their posts are being carefully reviewed.
But everyone else who writes that they understand how to behave on the forum, and then don't do it, is hunting for merit.
I can say the same about you, OP. I see your post as a merit hunt.

There are a lot of people of this caste. At first they think of replying to some good posts. Some do it to work on campaigns. With their support, the scam project has increased. You will always help in the forum.
I think you should have posted this in the meta section.

Those member who post advices on how to get merit and behave in the forum while not doing what they suggest were most likely hunting for merits which would enable them collect higher pay in bounties. The probably had seen other members get merits for similar posts and decided to try their luck.

I think you should have posted this in the meta section.
Meta is for forum related issues, this post is about bouty hunters which is not directly concerned with the forum; it fits better here or in reputation board.

Lol the best ones are those with like 99.9% of their posts only on bounty threads, and they have the audacity to say that there are biases against low ranks and only high ranks receive merits or something.

Only 5 merits required in last 120 days is needed for applying for bitcoin signature campaign but people chosen have more than 20 or 50 merits, their posts are quality. But bounty hunters will have even no merit in the last 120 days and will be selected, even member ranked and Jr members can be selected, why would bounty posters not be shit posters.

We are not on the same road. The merit is decentralized and freely given or to be rewarded with anybody who just they think that posts is quality. Saying that the post was all merit hunting is really not in the OP's context.

The OP clearly stated or discuss about pretentious bounty hunter and not about merit hunt. It is too much to think and so negative on your part to say that the OP does merit hunting. Well then that could be your problem when you think of that too much. I am only a member in rank and that is enough for me to learn about cryptocurrency while experiencing bounties. I myself had a stable job and does not rely on the scam of this forum.

Well, do not let the darkness take you. Your thoughts will always be negative and nothing good will happen to you and attitude always shows what kind of person you are basing on the words and thoughts you expressed.

You may be a legendary user or highly reputable user but you will never be always right!

That's reality of this forum - many people here aren't interested in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and they are here just for money. It's difficult to make quality when you genuinely aren't interested in subject. Then we get all these generic posts which are made just reach requurements of campaign.
But as you said, in some posts they write right things, but they don't follow their own advices. I think that most of such posts are made in order to get merit. And sometimes it works.

~
Just by searching Bitcointalk in Youtube gives me suggestion about bounties and titles like earning from posting in Bitcointalk.
I was expecting like discussion of popular topic in here or at least defining what Bitcointalk Forum is (that could be a good video content to create though).
Quite sad that there are people being introduced in the wrong way in this forum.

Can't provide screenshot right now because I am using mobile phone right now and uploading it to image hosting site would be a little tedious. Cheesy

You are taking all this too personally mate, I actually don't think lovesmayfamilis meant wrong by his post, neither was he stating categorically that your post is a merit hunting one (it's just his idea of it), the thing is that posts of this nature actually look very much like it's somewhat of a merit hunt, though one can never really know what's actually in the mind of a poster, but time and again users make this sort of generic posts and it's more or less a merit hunting technique, if you do not like the idea of being called a merit hunter, I'd advice you try not to make posts like this.
You may be a legendary user or highly reputable user but you will never be always right!
I think that's another wrong idea you've got there op, as far as I know, legendary or reputable users do not feel they are always right, we are here to share our opinions on topics related to Bitcoin and other things as well, opinions may differ slightly, but it's never a show of who is always right, just grow a thick skin in matters like this.

I had notice it that there are many bounty hunters stating or directing others about what is good and right. Yes, they say about things which are right for the forum and for everyone. However, when you check on their profile and post history it wasn't the way they say.

So here's the fact, people tend to live the life they have dreamt of on social media since in reality they aren't that way. They give you all sort of advice that they themselves aren't practicing what they preach. But if they're actually saying something worth doing but aren't doing these things themselves, should that stop you from following their advice,, NO.

Focus on the message and ignore the messager if they're practicing what they preach, if the message had proven to be worth following then just do it and get the results. It's obvious posting quality is what can give you merit, that someone spamming is saying so doesn't mean you shouldn't be a quality poster just because of that.

Also don't forget, it's clear users guilty of this crime are only hurting for merit to grow their accounts so they can get higher pay for their continues spamming in the forum. They pretend just to get the merit and if that's successful, they continue with their regular activity
