this is why i keep pointing out to always consider the VRAM tech used in a video card. HBM2...HBM2e next.

take a loot at https://forum.hiveos.farm/t/mining-ergo-with-vega-56-64/38859/5. some users claims that mining ergo with vega is more profitable by more than 2x compared to eth hash. other card with hbm2 should be as good as or even better than vega if you can find it at a good price.

It is good for the guys stuck with the RX Vega cards. It is also good for us if any hash rate moves out from the Ethereum network which should make us mine more per day with the same devices.I think some miners are switching there, today morning the difficulty of Ethereum network was 6.95 P and is now at 6.65 P which is good for the miners. Also I saw in that link many persons with RX 580/590 switching to ERGO,again the more leave the Ethereum network the merrier, everybody will be happy, the Ethereum miners will generate a bit more daily and those who switch the old cards to Ergo will make more than staying mining Ethereum, sounds like a win-win situation to me.

24 hour to compare 3 miner? bro this not enough. Test it for 7 days, write down every 24 hour the average pool hashrate and calculate the average of 7 days.

I compared lolminer (1,5% fee) and Teamredminer (2% fee) -> in my test i get 2% more poolside hashrate with teamredminer. Yes it is AMD i know -> but maybe someone will help this information

Have you check also that the Watts are lower in lolMiner?. My test with Polaris are better Watts ... so you can push it up to have same Watts in both. If you are using a Vega then of course you should take TRM... really incredible job with Vega of TRM. But Vega and Polaris lower Fee and better Watts   Smiley

don't mine coins with a 2gb DAG. you are competing against custom farms and FPGAs in china. There's a reason they like low DAG size coins. If you must mine them mine and sell right away and buy back later.

Ergo DAG size is more than 2GB in size already, now it requires more than 3gb DAG to mine Ergo coin, it's only a matter of time before 4gb GPUs start having problem mining ergo, the project is growing faster and it's a very useful coin

Really…wish i had known…..i have 26 - 1050 2gb cards mining ergo as we speak and have been for months.  Maybe you should research more before claiming incorrect things.
