Looking for contacts for miners on the run from china

I've got two locations in EU, one is a coal power plant source, looking for a demand of 120MW at minimum (can provide more), the other is high tens of kilowatts, much smaller source, but biogas source ("green") - I'd love to help both the miners on the run as well as help find demand for the two sites - I thought miners from china on the run is a perfect opportunity for setting such a deal up - the thing is I have no idea whatsoever where to look for contacts for these miners moving - would anyone be able to point me to the right direction/forum or suggest which mining companies might be interested so that I have somewhere to send the offer to by any chance?

Any advice/suggestions?

Maybe try to post it on a local Chinese mining-related forum or hire a person on Fiverr to post it? I don't think Chinese miners or those who have a farm on China check this forum regularly, at least they're not that active.

Some computer enthusiasts are active on Twitter though, if you want to give it a go.

The answer why the telegram didn't show up on Canaan.io is to avoid business duplication with traditional channel, and to create customized online shopping services. Of course, he is, he is going out of his way to post the same post everywhere, I have tagged his account and also reported his posts for being off-topic (since the forum does not moderate scams), he is pretty clever to be honest, posting the correct link to Canaan while adding his telegram group/channel in the same post, hoping to catch some lazy folks who might want to place orders on telegram.
