And that's exactly what the winning team did here.

I think we can all agree that the coach had some issues with his game plans. Or maybe the team wasn't what he thought they were. Anyway, I think Florian Kohfeldt should be the better man to lead this team. No offense to Markus Kauczinski though, he is also a classy coach. But I think Florian will be the better guy among them two.

Because if a striker doesn't get a good ball he can't score of it most of the time.

^^ Well, the harsh truth is that if a player gets a good offer for playing for a big team he is not going to turn that offer down. Because he knows that accepting that offer is going to do worlds of goods for him. And the money that the bigger teams offer for those players can't be refused by the smaller teams cause they also need the money for the club. So at the end of the day, the club which has more money is able to get better players and better coaches and better facilities and so on. And the smaller clubs keep searching for better players for their team and if they find one, that player gets targeted again by a bigger club.

As I said it is too early for the season to say the least, of what may happen and who's going to be champion, but you are right if teams or a player would not convert his possession to a goal then how can they win, and that is the only goal in winning in soccer matches, even though there is a huge advantage on passing accuracy if it's not converted to a goal then it is worthless, but I guess there is still time to make amends, a player can hone their accuracy with practice, but sometimes it will comes natural with players with talent.

I think it is a good strategy for Holstein Kiel to change their coach to further enlighten and to change their strategy on their games, mostly it is not on players problems but with the coach aswell, and I think beating up Paderborn is a good start for Holstein Kiel to go up once again to the top, last season they have positioned themselves on the number 3 standings, and they surely miss the chance in going to the 1st division, I really think this is their opportunity now if they continue on winning, but I still think it is still early to say that they can make a lot of change by just changing their Coach, there are still St. Pauli, Werder, Nurnburg and Jahn Regensburg that are walls in their progress.

I don't think the victory had anything to do with the recent change of coach, because I think they won because of J.collins who got a red card in the 27th minute and forced the home team to play with 10 men, why do I say the victory was not related to the new coach?, because I see that the game scheme that Holstein Kiel player played is still the same as the scheme used by O.werner before resigning last week, but even so, at least the victory can make Holstein Kiel fans breathe a sigh of relief because their team has won second win of the season.

I think Dynamo on the other hand is not an easy opponent, just looking at the result even though Dynamo Dresden has come from 3 Liga last season, they are showing potential in my opinion, And right now if there are many wondering why Werder Bremen is playing this badly its because 4 of their players is not present, Leonardo Bittencourt has a ligament injury and have missed 9 matches, Felix Agu has a muscle injury and missed 3 matches, Omer Toprak has a calf problem and missed 2 matches and Christian Grob has a recent knee surgery was not in the previous game, I think this is Werder Bremen's problem that is why we should not expect much right now for Werder to be on their top shape.

It is not just about the injured players. Dynamo Dresden has the advantage that they started successfully in the 2nd league because they were promoted. Werder Bremen, on the other hand, lost almost all their games in the first division. It makes a difference whether you were promoted with a team through success or whether you only lost and were relegated because of the losses.
