I checked electrum.org to check the operative system of the devices supoorted, I saw OSX. Electrum support windows, linus and andriod fully, I am expecting macos and iOS but OSX look like computer version of apple, which makes me think that electrum wallet is not supporting iPhone. I am not iPhone user, I just want to know.

I am not using iPhone but I don't think Electrum is supported on their platform for mobile phones.
You can use alternative Bitcoin wallets like BlueWallet that is very good open source wallet, and one more is Blockstream Green but I am not a fan of their wallet.
There is also Edge wallet but I never used it and I know it supports other coins, not just bitcoin.

I believe the problem is partly license issue where iOS requires a paid license when they want to publish their Kivy app and partly because of lack of interest.
Although you can certainly compile it for iOS yourself and run it there as far as I can tell.

The OSX means it's a macOS, not the iPhone and if you directly download the OSX file from Electrum the extension file from the download page is .dmg it's not readable or compatible on IOS or iPhone. The supported file that you can install on iPhone is .ipa extension.

Although you can certainly compile it for iOS yourself and run it there as far as I can tell.

It might work on the Kivy app but according to SomberNight Kivy only support python2 so only the old version of Electrum might work on the Kivy app except on the latest versions that run with python3.

Just install the NoMachine app from the App Store, and also install it on the computer hosting the Electrum wallet from https://www.nomachine.com/download and use the app to remote-desktop into your PC and use Electrum from there.

It's how I access my wallet when I'm away from the computer.

Using Electrum on Phone is a bad idea. Electrum is SPV client which means it connects to server that  gathers all info relevant to your wallet. But the thing gets worse when that gather info is combined with data lifted from  motion sensors like  accelerometers and  gyroscopes that every smart phone has. Those data may be easily  lifted by surveillance agencies that are able to create the digital fingerprints of your walking manner   and identify you  any time. The same agencies may create Electrum servers you connect to. I think there is no need to continue further...
The Electrum client that you have on your device (Android, iPhone, PC) is not going to send any extra information to the Electrum nodes it connects to even if they are available on that device or even if the node requests them. For example your PC also contains some personal information, maybe your selfies but Electrum doesn't send those to the nodes it connects to.

Apart from Electrum servers those HWS run specific  tools which are  able to collect info lifted from motion sensors of your phone. As a result if you connect to those servers via client installed on you mobile   the anonymity  of your addresses  is teared off.

Which is why I brought up using Electrum through a remote desktop in the first place, apart from the lack of an app, nobody can tell that you're accessing the wallet via your phone.

OP, avoid using Electrum on iPhone if it isn't recommended. I'd go with BlueWallet if I were you.

It is well known fact that most of Electrum servers (software) have been created by surveillance agencies
Even if I take it for granted that most of the servers out there are ran by surveillance agencies, what's your evidence?

As a result if you connect to those servers via client installed on you mobile   the anonymity  of your addresses  is teared off.
You mean the pseudonymity? The addresses aren't anonymous. Each one is like an identity; a pseudonym that is being used by you and can be tracked down from the transactions.

In the case the data were lifted from your phone this doesn't matter whether addresses were anonymous or pseudo-anonymous? They just get pegged to your identity. That is why every user should avoid working with crypto via his/her phone.
So, you meant privacy ruination. Not tearing off anonymity.

Did you really expect to hear from me the name of agent who reveal this info to me? I would be strange if I did this. Take it for granted...
I'm already taking it for granted that they spy on me, but you should be aware of your statements. It hasn't been proved that the majority of the electrum servers is being ran by surveillance agencies and you're raising a big issue for such short meaning.

You can also make BlueWallet connect to any Electrum server of your choice. This might be important for you if you are running your own server.
Can you also point your lightning server too? With no third parties involved?

Yes, as long as you are running LND and LNDHub. However, LNDHub seems to be targetted at node operators who want to allow multiple people to use their node. There wouldn't be much sense for you to use it since you would have to create a new Lightning wallet in BlueWallet and then deposit some coins to it; those coins would go to your node's wallet. The point is that you can't create a Lightning wallet in BlueWallet reflecting your total Lightning balance if you don't deposit all of your coins through BlueWallet before opening any channels. You'd better use Zap Wallet if you just want to easily access your funds.
