I can't find the limit online, is there a fixed one or is it just energy rating? We have ratings from A***** to E I think (and no I don't think they thought that through ).
Just how do you rate a videocard based on that?
I understand with refrigerators, it's capacity vs consumption, for washing machines, it's a cycle and so on but on cards? Rendering vs watts?
This is absurd!
But yeah, the madness has started, soon we'll have state troopers pulling you and asking:
- have you drank something?
- you have drugs on you?
- you have maybe a laptop with a card capable of more than 100Mh/s in the trunk?
- do you carry a lighter that has a flame of over 2 cm?
That's a bit over the top to call them a commie states, did the Red Scare not eliminate every single one of this communist back in the 60s? The problem why people don't complain is because they don't have a critical thinking skills so they have a hard time being on the right side of things. This is the Selfish Generation.
No, it's not.
This is how socialism starts, with the state taking care of you and telling you what's bad and what's good, then when how it happens now in California business start to not want the new fleecing imposed it need to further rationalize resources, so it's going to tell you how much you can consume, how much you can eat and how much you should work for the x amount of money, and before you realized you're in communism.
Selfish generation? Do you want to go back to ration generation? Been there, no thank you!
