you cant put an image since you are still a newbie but you can put the link of the image. just upload the image you want to show on Imgur and copy the link from there and post the link here on your thread(or follow this intruction if I didn't explain it properly [Guide] How to Add image on Bitcoin Talk Post?. also, I suggest for you to follow this scam accusation format).

to answer your title "Please block him", the forum doesn't moderate scams, so I doubt he'll be banned. the best thing that can be done is put a negative tag on him preferably by a DT to give warning to those who might transact with him. of course he'll only be tagged if you can provide sufficient evidence that he did in fact scammed you.

Please do note that buying/selling accounts specially bitcointalk accounts is looked down up in this forum. There is no official ban on that but it is not encouraged, once caught you and the bought account(s) will be marked with a negative trust but not banned.

If the deal was done on bitcointalk PMs use any image hosting site to upload the images and then use the BBcode to link the images here. But if the deal was done off-site for example, Telegram PMs or so, then I dont think anyone will help marking them as scammer because the images can be falsified easily and telegram accounts can be impersonated easily.

To be honest you dug your own grave here. You took the wrong decision of buying accounts and then got scammed for it. Not to mention scammers already know that getting a high ranked account on this forum is tough today and thus ranked accounts cost, so they use this to trap newbies.

I really have a hard time believing and tolerating that this forum just let's scams run wild and free because I feel like the intervention of the forum admins and moderators can greatly decrease the number of people that will be scamming or falling for scams because there's few and it's moderated. I hope that their stance regarding neutrality against scam in the forum change someday.

I don't know if this is your alt account but OP and @smart2webmarket, all of you are doing it wrong. The right format we need for reporting scam accusations is this.

You haven't shown us that the address is connected to the scammer or the fact that you sent him money that he required and never fulfilled his obligation. A sceenshot of a withdrawal from Binance isn't enough to pin him down.

You are lucky you lost only $20 you have to take it upon yourself nobody can help you on this one, the accused person has no history on the forum, you believed a user with 1 post, 1 Activity, no staked address, and besides you paid in USDT you must be a desperate man, nobody is blocking anybody just take your L and be careful next time with your business dealings.
