想做一个区块链界的社交软件

有这个想法，做一个区块链的社交软件。与传统社交最大的区别是，匿名，以及投票制的预言机。
已经有了初步的实施方案，希望大家有空进去玩一下，帮忙提提意见和思路。

5. TT 将会提供预言机的API接口，供外部查询。
6. TT 是一个通缩型经济模型，每笔交易0.1%的手续费。
7. TT 的具体进度将会按进度计划公布。
