Honestly, your guess is right. I am waiting for the moment to enter the market. because they are still confused with the market that will move up or down. I can only keep my USDT.
but I'm still actively trading altcoins. some altcoin assets still look good for day trading. this is quite a good though small profit to entertain yourself while waiting for the best momentum to enter the market.

Bitcoin prices have already reached the bottom where altcoins price doesn't make it till now. Everyday I see that altcoins prices are decreasing, so now trade on altcoins isn't possible. I'm making more investments by helping other people. But I don't stop trading because it's making me believe in the proper price for investment.

I left some for BTC and started trading on the rest of the tokens. I make a good profit at the end of the day. You can trade like me by looking at good tokens if you want. It is really profitable. But BTC will get more growth than before.

Besides participating in the current signature campaign, I also opened a small coffee shop to fill my time. I don't just want to make money from crypto-only, I also try to make money from other places so that I don't sell the crypto coins that I hold just to meet my daily needs.

Of course at this time I bought cryptocurrency that I want to invest in the long term (since the market goes down), because this is my opportunity to invest in cryptocurrency that I want to invest at a low price and when the market starts to increase again, then of course the price of cryptocurrency that I invest will increase too and give me profit, because I invest in altcoin that are in the top 100 on coinmarketcap, so it must be safe and the price will also increase when there is a bullrun or altseason.

Now that the market is currently in a bear / consolidation phase, I'm doing more of farming and staking at the moment. I tried trading for the first few weeks after the market dipped with expectations that we'll have a quick recovery but that wasn't the case so I opted to stake and farm with the assets I still have. Right now, I'm staking NEAR tokens - some at binance and some at the native staking platform through delegating to validators. The APY isn't that bad ~ 11.8% last time I checked so it's good enough. In times like this when market isn't making bullish, it's a good opportunity to still get something while waiting for a bounce back.

I’m quiet busy on trading, and playing an NFT game which made a good money for me during these time of market sideways. This kind of trend allows you to rest for a while and relearn things so you won’t lose money again when it recovers, also it can consider as an opportunity to buy while it’s cheap. You can make yourself busy in other things, there’s a lot of things to do in cryptoworld to make money.

Before now, I scalp and take the opportunity of market when it dump heavily, I buy many alts and sell as soon as the market recovers but right now, I hardly understand the movement and the way its going.
The volatility and volume is reducing and its making it difficult to have great returns. May be ethereum may do some wonders come this August when they implement the next update and upgrade.
Sometimes, watching the Market and not trading its also part of trading.

Thinking of buying extra coins might be a tough decision when you see this bear market made our coins so drowned with falling price. I can't be certain whether purchasing unknown coins could be a good choice for us, since it's difficult to increase profit while we're still not recovering after huge fall of btc. Right now, I am doing great and keep monitoring the market of btc and my other sleeping tokens.
