Where do you get trading advice and tips from?

These days, as more people become more aware of forex and cryptotrading, There are a lot of people giving unsolicited advice and tips as regards the subjects. The big question is who and where do you take your trading advice and tips from?

Do you get your trading advice and tips from a self acclaimed trading guru on YouTube or some social media platform who sometimes make most of their money from selling courses and not really trading?
Or do you take trading advice from this forum?

Do you get advice and tips from some telegram group you joined? Or do you get advice and tips from your friends?

I just get my advice form history... History almost always repeats itself, and it's a better gauge than anything.

You can get advice from as many random sources as you want as long as you can find an example of where it's happened before or if it's about to happen and confirm it on a chart or however else.

Did make some questions or checks on some so called gurus or trading experts but those are only just good for reference nothingless.Im not really a fan of following someone
but rather nitpicking various possible helpful analysis which seems   bit realistic for me and this is where i do apply them into my on analysis and make out some trades.

I have my friends which are long time traders or been trading for years which i can say theyre really good on technicals but still wont be enough
to convince me that i should follow them.

All of possible learning tools is already available or can be seen online.Its a matter of effort on taking up some search.

Not on YouTube and not on telegram channels. I don't tell anyone that I trade a bit so there's also no real-life person that helps me with my trades.
I'm gathering sources from the forum alone and reading that technical analysis that I've read. And if I think that's considered to be a good one and accurate, it is what I'm trying to follow. But it's not always like that, I got my decision and learned on my own based on my experience if I have to sell or it should be the buying point.

The only thing I do that involves using external sources is to read news to get an overview of the markets and what everyone is talking about. But taking people's advice on CT, YouTube or even telegram is out of the question. It's no longer news that this youtubers buys shit tons of the altcoins they shill in a bid to pump their bags so it doesn't sound right to take advice from such individuals. The way I go about my trading, it just involves learning technical analysis from my favorite teachers and applying everything I learn on my own trades - my analysis, my decisions. No advise from external sources otherwise, I won't feel comfortable taking trades.

^ On Youtube, Telegram group, Reading a book, and self learn.
These are the first place where I always visit when I was very active in trading activities, and then I started making my own technical analysis with self-confidence that I can able to learn without other's opinions. There are too many video clips that you will learn on Youtube just search your own and compile them all. But for me before, I start with the basic one, the buy when the price goes down and never sell.

Don't seek financial advices to anyone especially online because that doesn't help with your situation. What I did before was reading a lot of stuffs and learning my mistakes or mistakes of the others are quite helpful too if you could just follow. I don't trust anyone who advices trading especially on youtube, those were just a bunch of lies if you see they were successful.

It's just all for the show because if I know they were spending lots of money just to get the trade right just for the views. Behind of those shows are all mistakes and failure. It's better to learn it from yourself than asking what tips because you will never learn anything if you don't experience it.

It has mostly been experience but yeah at the beginning, I learnt a lot from YouTube, blogs and this forum. I wasn't much interested in "trading gurus" who would shill the shit out of certain coins, tokens or crypto exchanges using their referral links, but I would go with genuine guys who would try to explain the principle behind certain indicators or risk management.

I also liked live traders. Because I would get to see someone trading live and not some guy pretending he's good at trading, yet he ain't.

Never ever trust someone calls about market prediction.We can make our own but its not bad to look at on others work.Tips are there and its up to someone on how they would use it.

When i do have some questions then i do usually look for some discussions like on this forum where you can really learn something on it because theres no such thing

about perfect trader who does know everything.Get information and stuff if you are in doubt and seeking for something.

I experienced this some PMed me on my social media (FaceBook) asking me about trading if I was willing to learn on trading, I asked them "how?" pretending that I don't have knowledge on trading or in crypto how it works, they offered me an investment or they will create a trading account on Binance just for me and I asked how do I trust them, they simply answered "I'm not a scammer, trust me" which is a common line of most scammers.

So, you must learn on your own and don't trust random people on the internet.  I learned in trading for almost 2 years of reading and searching everywhere including this forum, watching tutorials and tips on youtube but I didn't get it in a short period of time.  

Joining groups like telegram, they aren't bad for other sources of information regarding trading but as long this isn't a pump and dumps group which is sure will not give you benefits.  Learn and research your own is a perfect of learning about trading.

At this time there is a lot of speculation that the BTC may fall to $ 24k, but they are assumptions that come out of the bearish movements of the market, and as a consequence of this the alts also suffer, that is why not everyone understands the market situations . But looking at it from Wyckoff's point of view it is very likely that we are in a bullish trend with a very large correction, but there is no long-term downtrend unless there is a re-accumulation.
Receiving someone's advice, following it and making a mistake would represent that if you lose it is very easy to blame the one who gives it, it is better to follow the strategies that you have yourself even if you make a mistake.

It is so important you have a trading buddy that may give you a good advice when it comes to trading. And browsing here in btt forum helps you to grow, there are many advices here that a particular trader already expericed and make you at least prevent those bad moves that they already did.

Also, trading groups are helpful too to learn more , just be vareful whom you talked to there . As I have experienced being scammed by those flowery words  which I admit my mistake by trusting them.

Internet! Though it's mostly terms, history, etc, and I use those to judge the current state and make my own decision, at least, when I was still trading anyway. I used to study about charts and what not and create a few assumptions, ruling them out from least possible to the most possible based on what I actually know. I've tried conversing with my friends about trading but they're level was way above me back then that I had almost no clue what they were talking about at some parts of the conversation (till now since I stopped learning) so I just relied on myself.

Mostly from Internet combined with the advice of my friends about the different stuff that I want to learn and they have already experienced. Although I have to add that these tips should be taken with a grain of salt because not all the tips online and by your friends work out for you unless it's a technical one meaning that it's the absolute.

It mostly comes from my pals who have more experience than I do. We all know that there are a lot of groups that will offer you signals, but the majority of newcomers will take advise from such groups, such as those that will post or send a signal, causing the beginner to follow it. In terms of viewing the chart as if they had their own analysis, I would recommend tradingview, where people upload their charts or their own analysis on that specific coin, and it is up to you whether to follow it or not.

But wouldn't that take some analysis because patterns in history could be really convoluted and confusing because there's no exact similar pattern? I don't use this kind of thing though although I refer to patterns whenever I feel like there's going to be a big thing happening in the next coming week or month.

I get advice from friends of my groups as we always share much information about what is happening to crypto trading or the market. By getting that information, we always remind each other to analyze more to find the other information because what we share will not suit each other. We need to do that because not all of the tips can work with us and we need to filter from all of the info we got. Having much info can help us analyze and get more things that we need to enter the market.

until now I have never followed the advice of telegrant groups or trading experts on other social media. I believe more in my own feelings, but it all has to be based on information about the coin or issues circulating about the coin, and also looking at the movement of the graph from time to time. I think trading is better to rely on one's own abilities than having to follow signals from groups or groups on social media that are not necessarily accurate.

usually you can get information from the trading view available on the cryptocurrency price movement chart and you can see some predictions from some other traders, it's just that such predictions are not completely successful and correct, so you have to be careful when buying coins and make sure you have research more fully the coin you want to buy, to be more secure bitcoin is the best choice.

That's not a trading advice but only an opinion base the current market sentiment. As a matter of fact,  you can always see a disclaimer same as I mention on the bottom part of there TA. Reading books or applying online seminar is the best way to get a proper education on trading. Some people tends to shortcut it by watching on YouTube or Buying Trading Signals that's why they got confused and make tremendous loss in the end.
