Be careful with clicking on a website because with the advent of Axie Infinity comes the scammers who want to take advantage of people that aren't familiar to crypto world, they are using SEO and advertising to get on top of the search bar for Ronin Wallet, remember to just refer to the Twitter page of the official Axie Infinity to go to the right websites. Lots of money is involved so I am doing a PSA for everyone who is going to be venturing in the Axie Infinity world.

Could this be a fake Ronin Wallet site?
What do I know Ronin Wallet is only available in browser extensions not websites like this?

I only found out about Roni Wallet after you discussed it with Axie Infinity.

@OP, can you please add more details about your accusation by following the scam accusation format from the pinned post. It's hard to understand what you exactly want to mean. You should add references to original wallets and mention which is the fake wallet. Then we can get it easily and could avoid fake wallets. Your current thread really wouldn't help many users unless you add more details. Just insert a phishing link in the code, so no one would click on that. Don't trust often in Google ads, use the proper URL for your desire site.

You can tell its the right one because the author is axieinfinity.com (it also has over 700,000 downloads, which is kind of mind boggling).

Already people have lost thousands of dollars worth of Axies to these clever Google Ads scammers.

I'm also an Axie Infinity player, and I always recommend that you use Ublock Origin to reduce the risk of clicking on fraudulent ads or websites. Using Duckducko in Firefox combined with Ublock Origin is a far better combination to Chrome. It's also worth noting that uBlock Origin is the only one that isn't influenced by third parties.

Thank you for this one, I plan to make my own team but it seems that I have a hard time looking for and OP is right, the scam wallets and imitation sites are all at the top search of Google. Good thing that I use the links given by the official group in Axie Infinity in my country.

I have seen this in many Axie groups that sadly, too many have become a victim of this. What the thing is that those people that got hacked have zero knowledge about cryptocurrencies and how to manage their wallets and seeds and downloading the official wallet/app from the developers. And they just search it on Google and those ads, the scam ronin wallet appears to be on top. There is also a common scam that happens in the discord channel of Axie that whenever is asking for a certain question, the scammer portrays as the developer and support would certainly ask for the seed phrase. Too sad that those people have shared it when the scam was already done.
