Like here in the forum a good example of developing skills is our posting style if it is your first time in Forum or in bitcoinstalk it takes a month or a week to perfect your posting style. You need more knowledge about your topic in order to perfect your Thread but there's a Time you've mistakenly your grammar or your word even if you are already a master poster . One reason why people hate some post is if the grammar or the creativeness of the post is not there . Like me I currently developing my creativity and grmmar.

First you wrote the definition of skills, I don’t know if this is correct.

Wiki： A skill is the learned ability to perform an action with determined results with good execution often within a given amount of time, energy, or both.

I don’t think the improvement of posting style can be called skill.

Everyone has their own style, and each age group has their own style. There is no good or bad.

I prefer to call learning something a skill.For example, learned ps, learned C++

There are a lot of different skills a certain individual has and it is their choice each day if they will sharpen it or not. With regards to the skills you have in the forum, there are many ways on how you can enhance it more. You can start by reading and reading and reading. Take in as much information as you can and surely you wouldn't struggle relating or sharing your thoughts on some topics. Next thing can be enhancing your grammar or the way you express your thoughts, this is still important because it enables you to share your ideas as vivid as you can so that many people will understand and learn from you.

I don't think there's a "master poster" It's always going to be evolving and improving, but not the way you think about it. I guess what improves is the person posting. It's the way he thinks and then translates into the post. Grammar is always tricky, especially if it's not your native language or not learned early on, but it can be considered a skill.

The best way to think about this is that people improve, not necessarily the "posting style" but how they are delivering their specific message.

Think about it this way, if there's a person who posts at short length but is precise with the idea he wants to deliver compared to someone who posts a lot of jargon, making it hard to read and confusing when reading about it. Who's better? For sure, it's the former.

Most certainly takes more than a month or a week to perfect any skills, in fact most skills you'll never perfect. I get what you are trying to say though, and that is newbies shouldn't expect to be perfect right off the bat, and we as a community should be understanding of that, which I believe most of us are. The key thing when you are newbie is not the necessarily the skills you have or the quality of your posts, its the effort that's taken into consideration. Especially, when it comes to meriting. If you are putting significant effort into your posts, and they might potentially be inaccurate, you'll likely get merit just on effort alone, because over time you will get better at posting.

This is subjective. Some can improved their posting style for a very long time. Aside from composing a few  sentences, then we should mind if we are writing in a good manner or perfect grammar. There are some who dont fluently can speak on english but thats not a problem cause developing skill can be attained by means of studying and practicing. Learning perfect rhythm on writing can be harness. Forum users should be aware of that so others might not get a different meaning to what we are writing that could lesd to misunderstanding.

But if its takes time then better to write off on our local section first to express the idea we wanted to share and impart. Then later on go outside that local section for more interactions.

Yes some users misunderstood what other posted because  of their grammar or lack of creativity but as a readers of the topic I try to understand what the topic is cause I know that it's hard to make a topic using other languages than your own language.

Skills can be developed and we have our own that has been developed already. You do what you think you're skillful and hone it more to become better from it.

As for writing, not everyone has a good writing but all of the best writers and authors been there and once became a nobody until they've practiced and honed their writing skills.

I think it depends on the topic as well and who you are explaining it to. If it includes technical words and applications, then it would be hard not to elaborate on it especially if you are talking to someone who is a newbie on it. And if not, concise is the way.

It's somewhat okay, for me, to over-elaborate to make sure that you have said everything you know but it's kind of hard to read, that's always the case. That's why when I post a large amount of text, I make sure to highlight or bold the specific terms that are important in the whole context and make sure people who skim it get the idea and what I post is absorbed.

Skills are important to make us attractive for our future employers. Or if we want a raise in our current job, if we can show that we have stronger skills than our coworkers a raise should just be fair. I remember during my introduction week on university that one professor told us of we want to specialise in something and really master a skill it is going to take a lot of time. In average we need to invest 10,000 hours to really get good at something.
