Probably he will give up, I mean severing ties with some key players in crypto is a big news although I don't think that we will see a collapse because of this one because it's only a short-term thing.

The current cryptocurrency market is now too big to react to everyone, even very influential persons, who are going to leave it with their assets. This is certainly not a very pleasant experience, especially considering that Anthony Di Iorio is the co-founder of ETH. However, each of us has the right to make his own choice, and the world of cryptocurrency remains very unpredictable.

didn't he already make millions of dollars from the premine and selling the ethereums they mined out of thin air? i don't think the creators of ethereum ever believed in the cryptocurrencies in first place otherwise they would have never created such a terrible altcoin filled with lies and bugs just to become rich overnight.

There is a FOMO brewing...

What choice? the choice to quit like Anthony did? who gave up his faith in crypto and is now at the point of not being able to take back his share of the wealth he sold earlier?

From the start he had only taken advantage of the situation, and now was not the time to follow in Anthony's footsteps. As you said, everyone has their own preferences, but you didn't mention them specifically.

He will not give up and it's clearly said by the article if he wants to start another new company based on his principle to fix what he called as a problem. I think that you are reading the article properly and then you will know that if this guy wants to be called as a crypto guy as well.
He doesn't give up on crypto but he wants to start a new company to solve what he called it as a problem.
That's the point that i got it from the article. This is a common thing. Remember dan larimer? This case is very similar to him.

This is what happens when you already had enough to take care of your future bills and don't need to worry about the stress of staying relevant and making more money to keep up with life.
His choice and you have to respect his decision. We entire crypto enthusiast, the past and the present wish him good luck. Hope he doesn't have a change of mind because by then ETH price should be around $20k after the switch from Pow to Pos.

Yes, that's right, the founder of ETH is not giving up on the crypto market asset, but the founder of ETH is currently taking a good position in the crypto asset market.
and the founders of ETH are now looking at the performance of other market assets in the crypto market, why new market assets always appear in the eyes of the Cryptocurrency market and why long-established market assets are becoming weak or declining.
and just hope that in the future it will not happen as it seems now.

Yes, I also think that it won't have a big impact on ETH if Anthony Di Iorio gives up on crypto, because ETH is very mature in the crypto space with so many uses, and if there isn't a bad reason to give up on crypto, I guess Anthony Di Iorio wouldn't do that

Yes, the co founder of eth will probably give up the crypto world but I hope that not because he has lost faith in this fantastic world but for his personal reasons it is still not a good advertisement for the world of crypto i personally have full faith in altcoins I believe that in the future they will be an excellent alternative to fiat
