How do you get 45,000 families to file the same class action lawsuit? That's some serious negotiations skills. I wouldn't be too optimistic, lawsuits against the government are always tricky. Wouldn't it better to file the lawsuit against the big pharma companies? The Jury might be more willing to award money from big companies than the government.

Haven't you been following the news? You cannot sue big pharma if you die/be harmed from/by the vaccine. Even though this is an experimental technology they are giving us, they say that we are taking the vaccine willfully.

It's si unjust what is being done in the terms and conditions of product and services. Claims that completely notifies the opinion or revolt of a human over a much needed service. I just don't know where we are heading with this.

I wonder where is the freewill in that. How an individual has to take a huge risk with the idea of protecting himself or herself and ensuring the safety of others mean while, there isn't any assurance of safety in the medications been provided. There should be a review on how the rights of a person is drawn in T&C of companies and in course of rendering some services. Government don't just see the need for a common man to have a voice, little wonder why they so much hate bitcoin for representing freewill in its absolute.

Think about it. You watch TV. People do and say all kinds of things on TV. So, either this is a big fat TV show, or it is real.

If it is real (and even if it isn't), the second, more important result than the lawsuit, is to bypass media censors. This trial will be advertised. There are too many people who will see to it. CNN will need to cover it, or their ratings will go down.

Why get it advertised? So that people start to realize that the whole vaxx program is designed to depopulate the world. If they win their law suit, they win. But if they lose the suit - too many people will have seen and heard about it - they still win regarding advertising.

Some bigshots in government will go down... and maybe Fauci, as well.

Well, I'm in Europe (UK). We have high levels of vaccination here, and also high case numbers due to the delta variant. But thanks to the vaccine, despite the high case numbers, hospitalisations are low and deaths are very low... far far lower, as a percentage of cases, than in the first and second waves that preceded the vaccination programme. I've presented the data many many times. "One million with serious vaccine injury" is nonsense.

- As  of  July  9,  2021,  VAERS  reported 9,048 deaths associated with the Vaccines.
- Jane Doe queried data from CMS medical claims, and has determined that the number of deaths occurring with 3 days of injection with the Vaccines  exceeds  those  reported  by  VAERS  by  a  factor  of  at  least  5,  indicating  that  the  true  number of deaths caused by the Vaccines is at least 45,000.

Note that standard medical suggests that VAERS gets only 10% of the reports. Jane Doe is using 20%. So she is suggesting only half of what standard medical suggests. Some doctors still don't even know that VAERS exists.

If you accept the Harvard study 1%, deaths would be in the hundreds of thousands.

meaning if there are 10k deaths 500 deaths+- error rate
5% is assumed accepted normal human fault tolerance
dead bodies do have a high accuracy level for a multitude of reasons
most about that families would not accept innacuracies

severe symptom but survive might be 13% inaccuracy
not human fault tolerance. but just not all humans bother making reports about all their issues
(even badecker avoids going to a doctor)

and minor symptoms not involving hospital care might be 99% inaccuracy.. (because most people dont cry and hypochondriac about stuff)

just becasue 150million people did not report that the needle hurt first and second time. meaning lack of 300million reports.. does not mean the death certificates are 0.000x% accurate
