Are there any tools to find out anything from the recipient's wallet number/transaction? or any other advices - I won`t return the money back, but I want to find out who it is/
It's hard to live when you can't trust those around you
There's no way you could point on or to know on whose the owner of the said wallet address and if you do really have a strong feeling that it did came from that paper writing then

you should really be careful on people around you and even if its inside on your family then you shouldn't trust which its actually hard since we do love our family
and its not just believable that someone could really done that.

The thing here is that you should moved on and be careful on people around you.

The fact that it took you 1.5 years before it even caught your eye is a bit suspicious and also hard to track down given the huge timespan between the bitcoin transfer and the time it took you to notice it. Not to mention the possibility that it might've been something you did voluntarily and willingly over let's say a transaction which you might just have forgotten, and since a lot of time has already passed you could piece it out as someone stealing your bitcoins. If you have any relatives or friends that are into cryptocurrency, might as well ask them. Of course this wouldn't help if you really have been robbed but then again there's no hurt in trying.
You can't really track him/her down if he/she has used mixers. This is what they do; they obfuscate the transactions so they can make the final destination untraceable. Even if he/she didn't use any mixers, you'd find it pretty impossible to find his/her identity. The fact that you'd know the transactions he/she made and the amounts transacted wouldn't reveal you anything significant.

Can't you suspect who could do that? Could he/she be a person from work? Do you have any close friends who are related with Bitcoin?

Wouldn't the thief using a mixer insinuate that OP wouldn't have the destination wallet? He has that.
This is also true. Be it stolen from a paper wallet or over the internet there's not gonna be any difference. A good crypto thief will always use a mixer to ensure that their real addresses are not tracked and caught eventually. This makes OP's issue a bit of a lost cause at this point.

After that lost of bitcoin.. Have you noticed that any of those people inside or the one who do you live with have bought something new or noticed about upgrades or purchases?

You would able to determine that they shouldnt have money or something to spend then that would surely be my main priority suspect.
You cant trust people even if its your family just like on what other people said above.

Thanks everyone for your comments, some of them were helpful!

First of all, communication with Binance support was useful, they were able to find a connection with a specific user and recommended further action through the police. They will be able to provide the personal data of the owner at the official request of the police. I'll try to go this way.

All the advices regarding not trusting has already been taken into account for the future, the question is what to do now Smiley I have some suspicions, but so far only suspicions..need to collect more evidence

it often happens that those of us who lose are more inclined to those closest to us, because they know more about us in our daily life, especially regarding crypto world issues, if someone can find out our personal information, it is not impossible that he will find it easier to understand. breaking into our account in a short time and very rarely for us to know at all

File a police report. Have the the police contact Binance. Binance can AND will give up user information without a warrant as long as the request is coming from law enforcement (from my personal experience - all they require is that the request come on official letterhead and/or from an @fbi.gov email address).

You cant figure out the personal information of that address unless you know his IP address where he logged in. But then, its just a small chance you can know it if he used some VPNs. Haven't you visit phishing websites or some suspicious links? Hacker must got some of your informations online if you had signed up with some phishing sites.

If someone close to you knew how much bitcoin you have in that ledger wallet and can access your laptop, then maybe your suspicious is correct but its still not good to point the act to anyone as those hackers are professionals.

Thanks for this bit of information, I didn't know that they can do this kind of thing, alhtough is it a law that they follow everywhere in the world where their exchange is available because if not then that just sucks. To OP, I have a hunch that the thief is someone close to you because it's unlikely that a stranger would exactly know what to when they get in your house and most burglars would find that paper useless since they don't know about it and they need a quick cash to sell something to their fences.

I would hate to be pessimistic, as the OP needs encouragement but I would be surprised if the thief is smart enough to steal Bitcoin and dumb enough to get caught. And even more so when we are talking about significant amounts:

...
21/02/2020: Moved balance (https://btc.com/btc/transaction/e922476526af526842a3dff401939a19a8e182416494c725206b965632c9c8ae) to 1NDyJtNTjmwk5xPNhjgAMu4HDHigtobu1s, alongside a bunch of other addresses. Balance moved 30,28040795 BTC:
https://btc.com/btc/address/1NDyJtNTjmwk5xPNhjgAMu4HDHigtobu1s

Which is heavily reported here:
https://www.bitcoinabuse.com/reports/1NDyJtNTjmwk5xPNhjgAMu4HDHigtobu1s?page=1

One of the reports states that it’s a Binance hot wallet address. I can’t say it is, but it does have a current balance of 12.925,71430984 BTCs.

Of course being a scammer, the main blame is on him, but I keep remembering how in many scams plays an important role the greed (and naivety) of the swindled:

"I entered the telegram messaging via link on facebook. They said I can get 8000$ for 300$ so I payed them 300$. After it they wanted me to pay fee of 1300$ which I managed to do with help. After it wasnt enough they wanted me to pay the fee again of 300$ which I did. Then they wanted me to install some their fake wallet app so they can transfer money..." (Source: the last link posted by DdmrDdmr)

I know that the case of the OP is a robbery and not a scam, but I could not avoid commenting on it.

Good to hear you already reach Binance and are on the way to a solution. I know it would be hard to get back your funds, but at least you will know the culprit who stole your funds. As usual, Binance wouldn't disclose any personal identity to you due to privacy issues. But they would disclose it to the legal department. So if using Bitcoin is legal in your country then you may proceed with further action to claim police. Best of luck to you.

For security reasons you must reset your Ledger device, don't save it on any machine either online or offline. Write it on paper and save it in multiple places. Don't share with anybody about seeds. Don't trust anyone with funds.

The author doesn't want to get back what he has lost, he simply wants to know who is the culprit that stole his bitcoins years ago. If he just wanted to know the info of the thief who might be used an exchange wallet to transfer the bitcoins, He will probably get that because when it comes to transactions only a few users here know how to completely hide their transaction history without being trace the rest are transparent especially those who are direct when it comes to selling their BTC to the market.

That is exactly the point because OP knows that Bitcoin transaction is irreversible so surely he cannot win it back unless he has a Proof that the specific person did this to him in which I am sure that he had a Suspect as he mentioned 99% that it comes from the paper where he wrote the password.
Maybe someone who is very close to Him and all he need is proof before confrontation that i believe will happen once he find out the tools to know which or whom wallet that belongs to all the people around Him .
because he also mentioned that he had some friends that involved in crypto meaning people around him can be suspect.

This is a very worrying thing if such a thing actually happens to us, because it is very attached to our lives, like the way they do it by deceiving and obfuscating scammers to trick us, so we don't really know what is they do to us, this is something we should be aware of considering that we have also been storing bitcoins for a very long time which has almost reached 1.5 years, and that time is not a short thing for the crypto world
