Metamask, unable to send tokens previously in staking

Hello, i hope to be in right section, excuse me if not!

i have this problem with metamask wallet.

 I had some sUSD staking on AAVE (ETH chain), I removed from staking, transfer to my metamask wallet and now I want to send them from metamask to my binance account but I always get this error : ERC-20 Token Transfer Error (Unable to locate corresponding Transfer Event Logs), Check with Sender
Note:
I tried increasing the gas... Obviously I lost the cost of the fees! for some times!
I have set transfer on ETH CHAIN.

2) I had CAKE staking on pancakeswap (BSC chain), i removed from staking, swap to USDT and now i want to send this USDT to my binance accout but always get this error : BEP-20 Token Transfer Error (Unable to locate corresponding Transfer Event Logs), Check with Sender.
Note:
I tried increasing the gas... and yes... again i lost the cost of the fees! for some times!
I have set transfer to BSC CHAIN

SO what is happening? what do i have to do to transfer my tokens from my metamas wallet to my binance account?

Update :

I solved the problem of usdt con BSC chain using the binance bridge!

Now the problem is the sUSD token that are already on the eth chain ... what do I do in this case?

There's a various solutions against this case, you could try one by one if you want :
1. The contract address is locked, you could ask the contract owner of that address (view it on block explorer)
2. Try to set up higher gas limit.
3. If that's token you add in custom token you need to check or verify the contract address and decimal.
4. Don't send all amount the crypto leave it a very little portion.

Thank you Jawhead999, in the sUSD case i simply swap sUSD on ETH (on metamask) and sent ETH to binance. All work good.
