Hiring: Looking for simple 1-pair exchange market maker + token marketing expert

Hi everyone, apologies if this is the wrong forum. We are looking for two team members:

1. Market maker to execute volume growth and price maintenance strategies at an exchange (just one token-usdt pair). Due to the single pairing, the budget isn't high.
2. A crypto marketing expert: we have an existing token which was launched last November, and did not do much with it. We now have huge announcements coming up and real business, so want to start focusing on the token's growth while the base business growth. So if you've had experiences in marketing campaigns we'd love to hear from you

It is better to advertise in the services section (if you want to pay with bitcoin) with an explanation of all the skills you want in the people you want to hire.

Also, escrow must always be used in order to gain trust between the two parties.

In general, creating a platform that requires a lot of time and wisdom to manage things and make the token succeed is a matter that requires a lot of effort and patience, not hiring individuals, but a homogeneous team.
