How to earn and save more?

Hi,
I am 30 years old and during the last 8 years, I tried hard to increase my income. I had e-commerce for digital products. After a while, I noticed that I need to learn programming to increase my income and I work hard to learn PHP. Then to increase my income I start learning SEO to gain more traffic. I couldn't increase my income. These days I start working for e-commerce as a web developer. Still, I have several problems with paying my bills and covering my life cost.
Would you please share your opinion on how to increase income and save more?
I have profound experience in WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and Search engine optimization.

What business are you more motivated to do and why?
I think if you focus more on providing very useful & safe services to people and less about earning, it will become easier to find something that can earn you sustainable income.
If you are trustworthy and provide things that people really need or can't do without, at affordable prices, I believe you will attract yourself customers especially if you treat them well. Hope you answer the question.

Maybe you need a little decrease in your way of living. Remove those expenses that you don't actually need and remain with those most important and only your needs.

With your experience I will advise you start from somewhere not minding how little the beginning is, read, make research, advertise your seevice, updates your skills, improve your standards, methods of service delivery and also work on yourself in areas of presentation, diction, location and operational mode.
There's a saying and I quote: you can't acquire the future you don't admire.
For you to be able to earn and save more, work on yourself.

You started e commerce first now you are working for it which is actually upside down, first you need to get knowledge then start your business. Anyway now you are making some money which is not enough for paying your bills so that you need to find a better job and also start working as freelancer in the part time, don't simply quit your job just continue until you find a new and better one.

I know how to save money but I couldn't really do it properly,
Don't buy unnecessary things don't overspend and invest your savings to earn more.
But the problem is I always end up overspending my money for my family.

When I read the OP, I thought he lives in some third world country. I see that he writes his website in Arabic so that is one of the reasons. If he lived in some country with a lot of business and little unemployment, it would not be so hard for him to progress.

I don't think there's anything I can teach you because you have good skills...

In this day and age, we are forced to have a side income to support ourselves. maybe you can try to write in read.cash, it gives a little extra money. besides that maybe you can join a freelance site and install the skills you have, maybe there are people who need your skills and give you a great fee.

You do not always need to be earning more to save more you can instead live more frugally and it is surprising how much you can save if you stop the luxuries that you might be used to. 

Living frugally is the key.

As I also said, it is a way of decreasing your living. You only live according to your means and if there are wants that are always been included in the budget, it has to be removed.

A saver and some who lives frugally even with less income, he can save.

Unlike a person with high income but do not know how to manage his finances is likely to have difficulties in having financial freedom.

You have such a good resume all you need is a good opportunity, you did not mention your location, there are countries and cities where the cost is very high, but if you really want to earn, then live a simple life and live within your means until the big opportunity comes in, just continue developing your skills, your time will come where you will have the biggest opportunity but learn to live a simple life

These skills are still quite in demand, so anyone with these qualifications should have no problem earning decent money.
What is your hourly rate? It could be that you charge too much (or too little) for the services you provide.

Maybe you can try to visit fiverr.com and post a services on that site. As a new people on that site, you can earn nice amount of money which I think that will worth for you.
