I like someone mentioned movies this allows independent filmmakers to create their own movies using nft platforms.  Games, Videos, Arts, Music are just few examples I can come up with on top of my head. You can also sell tickets to online music festival through nft platforms.

There are a lot of functions that NFTs will be capable of performing. Digital pictures and game things are not their limit. We can tokenize a variety of things from documents to business processes. Non-fungible tokens can be used as collectible tokens, impact tokens (give you different rights), access (capability) tokens, data tokens, identity tokens etc.

Game characters are currently very trending to be used as NFT assets, P2e games have changed a lot of things in the crypto space and I think the 3 functions in the OP's post already represent the NFT functions.
In the future we may see some other features, but what I do know is that, while some of these NFTs are only one blockchain network, then we can only see them with that blockchain, multi chain NFTs are likely to be a good development in the future.

I think the main purpose why NFT is created are:
1. Just to make an appreciation to all artist, they can sell any artwork so they can be more happy to work, to be an artist
2. It will give a chance to everyone making their own crypto asset, but in the other form, yes it is NFT,

The op seems to have said it all from my point of view, first, I will like to say that am not really into NFTs, Infact, it has never really had any interest in them, but seeing the community discussing and predicting the future of NFTs makes me wanna really get deep into it, before now, I usually think of just one usage of NFTs and that gaming, this for those who love games, playing blockchain games will definitely make use of NFTs to build the game characters, but reading the ops post, I began to really see how important NFTs are for the growth of cryptocurrency cus all those usage mentioned by op, I never thought of them being under the NFT category.

I always think that NFT could always excel in adoption for game, imagine a game that has unique NFT for each of its item and making it able to be transactioned. I mean I know there are plenty of game's like that take advantage of NFT like that but what I imagined is a triple A game or every modern game implementing that which have really big user base, and all the game's item integrated within one block chain, it's gonna be massive.

for now, the most prominent and already running quite well is NFT related to games. we know that the gaming niche is very wide, there are many diehard fans who would be happy to spend their money and time to shape their dream character. it's about fun and satisfaction, not just spending money. when this is combined with the crypto niche, it can provide a unique experience for gamers, fun can be combined with an effective way of earning money.

In addition, I've seen some news about some artists who started to use this NFT for their work, ranging from paintings, expensive bags, to songs. very interesting.

I expect intelectual property like Logo, Trademark, etc can be signed by NFT as a ownership proof around the world, so its not needed to be registered in every country.

The easiest adoption, used, and will also last is NFT Games. As we know that games have always been a thing that is always liked from children to adulthood. Especially when these NFT games can make money.
At present, there are already many NFT games that appear and recently, Crypto coin Games are really rising up.
And if it can always be developed, it could be that this will last longer than other hype things before.

I'm still not a fan of NFT, that's why the pumps here and there doesn't really move me. I strongly believe in exploiting the potential use of NFT in the future. Maybe the hype about it is gone, before the previous million dollar NFT deals made me really feel it was crazy and exaggerated. For Donation. Last Month i see some NFT in Binance NFT Marketplace and in the first page there's any NFT Created by ATTA and the money is for donation. So, i buy few a Mystery Box in there.

I think not too long ago we also heard big company using NFT to make donation and if NFT can be consistently used for making donation like this it will help contribute to the world.
Maybe in the future we also will see artist using NFT to make charity event like what being done by many influencers in social media. this can help the charity become even more interesting.
