the one who repeats the same questions: This category of posters are even more annoying than the former. They ask the silliest questions that can easily be answered by google and then disappear from the discussion.

Did you mean the newbies that will keep on spamming and asking the same question? Or the newbies that will answer just a common question that can be gotten answer to on Google or which questions thread has been created countless number of time. This forum is to learn, gain from what others are posting, and also contribute in helping others. So far the question is constructively written, it is not a bad idea. If you know some of the useful threads and replies, you can just include it in the newly created thread for the newbie to also learn.

the thread creators: We see this category more often than not. Some newbies have this misplaced idea that creating new threads will earn them merit. So they create a post about anything and do not read any of the replies or even respond after, they just carry on to  create another.

There is nothing bad in creating new thread, but it should have quality that can make it authentic for merit source and some other members to be able to merit the thread. But creating it and just abandon it is not making any sense at all, it will be better for the newbie to read replies, try to quote when necessary and follow the thread fully.

the complainers: this set always find things to cry about. They complain others are hostile towards them and blame their lack of concentration on trivial matters.

You are right, some newbies will post about people meriting themselves, while some niewbies will post that ranked people having merit are having the same opinion which can be wrong, and some other types of niewbies unreasonable posts like that.

Again we get this kind of thread that aren't bringing anything new to the table but just a repeat of what the other thread creators have said in the past. The point is, there's nothing like a guidelines to quality posting on the forum since there's nothing to qualify that. You don't teach people to be a quality poster per se as you're just telling them to be what they're not and that's not what the forum was intended for. We're all from different backgrounds so allow them to bring out their true self and those that need corrections will be corrected while those that requires guidances will be guided.

What you consider quality might not be what others considered quality. Some writers think bolding their words make it look quality while others considered those guilty of this to be low quality writers. I'll prefer reading a one line comment to multiple words plagiarized from the internet or not meaning much. Don't misunderstand me, I understand you meant well but let's stop the whole how to write quality bullshit as it doesn't make any sense.

I wish I could see what you saw exactly but sadly, I can't. It might have been a repeated or similar post to existing onces but then, OP clearly states that, the posts was a continuation of some sort if I get that correctly. That aside, it does add value to the forum as it redefines some aspect of the behaviour of a rank category on the forum and even makes a suggestion for which I feel is most valued and should be tried by beginners, seeking a way to go about their composure. That is, picking and studying an active member on each board.

Again, what I think OP should have done is, to edit the previous posts for which this is a continuation and that would bump the post as well and then, ensure proper composure to it. Other than, creating a new thread. It's still okay though.

Paying attention to the length and quality of posts is essential if you want to receive payments from signature campaigns, but as long as you don't spam and improve yourself, you won't be banned.
It is wrong to impose a specific wording on the quality of others' posts, but they must be pushed to a minimum of spam, especially if those posts are paid.
Finally, the forum is for discussion and learning, not an educational academy, so enjoy your time and ask every question in your mind, even if it is stupid.

If you've noticed, many sources of merit are watching newbies and their posts. If the newcomer is seen to be sincere in his ignorance, or if he has possibly naive questions, he will be helped and likely to receive merit. There is no need to reinvent the wheel. Be yourself. Ask what interests you. But don't always ask the same thing. This is where many see hypocrisy.
But how many posts do I see that try to be "useful", but in fact, it is the same information, only diligently paraphrased?
Is this a good poster? From topic to topic, beginners explain to everyone what bitcoin is and its use. If this is not plagiarism, then these are just your own words, laid on other people's thoughts.
A good post will contain interesting new information, or it should be educational and generate a call for discussion. Nothing more.

Length does not equal to quality. Many posters misunderstand it and they believe the more wordy posts are, the higher quality those posts have. It is totally wrong.

Quality comes from idea. If you have a quality idea/ opinion, it would result in a quality post.

Obviously, the ability to express your idea/opinion into good sentences is important. If you express your opinion badly, nobody can understand it and you fail to convince the others.

Wordy sentences mislead or distract the concentration of readers. If a writer can write a shorter sentence, to express the same opinion, it should be used rather than a wordy one.

You cannot teach someone to be a quality poster because its not what you write or how long you write it but the effort that you bring to the post that will matter in the end. I hate that everyone is promoting that length is important but if someone writes something concisely then that can be more quality than someone who explained the same thing over 6 paragraphs.

In as much as the questions are coming from a newbie it should not be called "silly". Newbie as the name implies should be someone without knowledge of something. I would not advice OP to skip such questions, but rather provide answer to them please. If you think a simple Google search could help, why did the newbies join the forum knowing too well there is a Google.
Google's answers are most times static, such that if you don't understand, you have to continue making countless of searches. But here, if you don't understand, a user will be willing to toe your lane till you understand.

Also, concluding that the newbies disappear after creating a trend is wrong. When I was a newbie, I loved creating many posts. But after creating such posts, I will either not be able to know when there are replies to the topic or the level of the discussion will be higher than my comprehension. Then, I will be reading in background without further contributions.

The length of post does not define quality. It is this kind of criticism that leads newbies to copying and pasting lengthy posts in order to have quality. Infact, I quote "No newbie is expected to have quality in this forum". If you see one, it is a miracle, appreciate him/her. As you grow in rank and knowledge, you grow in quality as expected in the forum.  It is natural.

You can't teach a person to be a quality poster, because quality poster is not a profession, it's a passion. Quality posters are people who are passionate about Bitcoin, they have decent knowledge of it and/or other fields like economy, law, politics, and they also have an ability to present their thoughts and arguments clearly. You can't teach a newbie to be passionate about Bitcoin and spend many hours per day studying. And presenting your thoughts is a bit of a talent, not everyone can become a good writer.
