potential in Information and Communication Technologies in a
situation/problem learning.

Information Multiplier Agents: aims to offer a Programming course
WEB, allowing young people and teenagers to learn more technically, which
enables their insertion into the labor market. In addition, it allows
instructors, students of the academic department of computer science courses,
pass on the knowledge acquired in some subjects of the course,

I don't think you are going to get supporters and investors the way you promote your coin here in Bitcointalk, this is the right section for your coinAnnouncements (Altcoins) , even if your project is good there's nothing like creating a well-designed announcement even low budget projects can come out a better announcement like yours.
