For the reason you mention i dont think its will attract investor on it. Most of the LTC investor invest it bcs believe LTC as a big cap coin and will just follow BTC rise next run.
The usecase u mention above its not a unique thing and also done by another alt like EOS, TRX, XLM, and many more.

Before investing in any currency, ask yourself what are the things that this currency can offer? Whether it was the global economy or a reason for trading volumes. When you search for reasons to use Litecoin, you will find the speed and cheapness of transfers, which is something available in many currencies. Even bitcoin transfer rates are very low and confirmations are fast.

Litecoin trading volumes are normal and there is no news that can help increase the price. Therefore, if the price of Litecoin rises, it will be due to the movement of the entire market, and it will not only be for Litecoin.

Many people's news comes from news or gossip, why not your own objective judgment? I am surprised that many people invest in digital currencies, whether it is Bitcoin or Litecoin, that they care about price, not value. When you put price first, then this coin is a commodity. I prefer value because Coin is a product, these are two different concepts. I wonder if my statement is clear?

Litecoin is especially faster at handling payments than Bitcoin and is an excellent, proven complementary alternative. It's a very cheap, super-safe highway for making payments - especially when it comes to micro-transactions, like, for example, when paying for a cup of coffee. In addition, the Litecoin community is working on the implementation of all kinds of new fintech gadgets that are actually intended for Bitcoin. Litecoin is now working on the implementation of the lightning network protocol and applications for smart contracts and privacy (including confidential transactions & MimbleWimble). Litecoin is certainly light and cheap, but above all in good hands with fantastic ambitions. Litecoin has a bright future as a classic and reliable altcoin.
Litecoin is a fork of Bitcoin that stands out by its speed and cheapness. I also like all the new features and functions that Devs add to it.
(...)
+1. Besides Litecoin is a fork of Bitcoin, and for sure some people are looking also Bitcoin-like cryptocurrency and cheap compare to Bitcoin, since for sure there are some people there who are claiming that they are already late with Bitcoin and they tend to find some Bitcoin-like crypto to invest in, and they will start looking to cheap cryptocurrencies, that's why I can say Litecoin is attractive to retail investors.

I see now that Litecoin is like a mystery coin full of questions. Why do I call it that, because Litecoin is a big coin while in Q1 the bull run of Litecoin hasn't shown any significant movement at all even though Litecoin has great potential. This is a big question, is there a strategy from Litecoin to make the Litecoin pump bigger in the future?

But it will also still be an investment that feels more secure, maybe from the start of the growth season to now many people have complained and been unhappy with it, but I still find it normal anyway.

Wrong Litecoin had already lose its momentum and respect after the Selling back in 2018 , and until now it is harder for this coin to recover.
if there are some growth happen recently then i believe that those are part of manipulation.

- If you think about the future advancement of litecoin, you will probably feel relatively disappointed with the answer because their working structure and system diagram are too old and little improvement in many years, although its reliability is still a thing that makes us happy but such attraction is too ordinary and trying to pay attention to it is just like paying attention to bitcoin, their lives are a clear brotherly relationship. Appreciating other assets, litecoin still doesn't have a possible exclusive application

"Litecoin founder Charlie Lee has sold all of his LTC"

I can't find article but 2-3 years ago I was reading interview with litecoin CEO who was saying that litecoin is in stagnation and there is noting more that can be done.

especially when it comes to micro-transactions, like, for example, when paying for a cup of coffee.

My post about BCH but it is correct for LTC too. Just replace BCH with LTC or any other "a little faster BTC"
Quote
Who needs "a little faster BTC" if we have instant TRON, BSC, NANO and thousands of others? Who the hell ... ever ... used BCH for day-to-day payments? No one accepts it. I pay in crypto almost every day. For day to day payments we use stable coins (to avoid calculating back and forward how much is xx$) together with fast chains (so BEP20 BUSD or TRC-20 USDT). I have never received a proposition for BCH payment. So BCH is useless as store of value AKA digital gold (to compete with BTC) - is not as secured - has 50 times lower hashrate and is too slow, volatile and illiquid to compete with others for day-to-day payments.

Quote
Once again:
BCH is worse than BTC as store of value and worse than other alts as day to day payment method. It makes it perfect solution for both? No it makes it useless solution.

1- You store your wealth in most secured, deflationary asset. Safe place. You can't say that about BCH. 2% on BTC hasrate can jump on BCH chain just for a moment to do 51% attack and go back to mine BTC. They both use same hardware.
2- you use cheap and fast chains for day to day payments. You use non volatile tokens for ease of use. You dont want to pay 2$ fee to buy 1$ worth cola. You dont want to open calculator each time you want to buy something. Its better to swap 1000$ once a month from BTC to TRC-20 USDT and use USDT all month without fees. And I'm saing that from my own experience. No one ever asked me to get his payment in BCH because its perfect solution for both store of value and day to day payment.

Agreed, on the surface litecoin does not look to be as bad compared to all the scam coins we have in the market but at the same time it does not do anything better than bitcoin, the slightly faster confirmations that people are talking about are useless as you now need to wait for more blocks for the transaction to become completely irreversible and with the lightning network in bitcoin this makes this even more useless, and when we add that there is nothing in this market that is anywhere near bitcoin when it comes to being a store of value then all the things the OP said actually means nothing.

In terms of speed and transaction cost, Litecoin is better than Bitcoin so is other coins but that is not enough, because if it is really enough I don't think other coins can beat Litecoin down on coinmarketcap. The fact is, in addition to speed there is need for a platform to offer what is obtainable in the crypto space at a point in time and this is where coins like Binance Coin (BNB) stands out; the team have good sense of engagement thus buying early into any idea or trend happening so as to benefit and keep their users from checking other platforms.
Litecoin is very good, there is no doubt but I feel that team can do better, leverage on the good features they have to expand their operations and developments and watch how new investors will get involved because they have the reputation and trust already.

in Q1 not only litecoin that running hard, but most altcoin in this season have their party when euphoria coming to cryptocurrency market. To reach new ATH , litecoin dev team need to do breakthrough to product and utility building , so far if compare to other project litecoin doesn't have ecosystem to support its utility.

speed and transaction fee was not enough to compete in market, we see another project have lower fee and even feeless . If we talk about this feature , easily litecoin beaten by other project even it is new project. Just look at FreeTON as an example.

I've used Litecoin for several times and it's really cheap and fast in transactions.

There is no debate with that but to see that it's a good investment today, I can say that it is still a good choice but it would be at the least priority when someone wants to include it.

sure, i think it is one of the most significant advantages to use litecoin. i didn’t invest btw i have used in many times still i have to use at least one time in monthly. it is very fast/speedy transaction. don’t need to wait long time to see confirmation of your withdrawal.

Isnt for payment processor many people prefer using Bitcoin with its Lighting network since its faster and cheaper than using Litecoin?
Also, i dont see Litecoin have a huge community like before.

Litecoin is a popular cryptocurrency which was one of the first altcoins created and We’ve see a pretty nice run up, but have failed to see it rally higher than it did back in the run of 2017. Personally I don't believe in litecoin anymore. On paper it should be good with how quick and cheap it is to make transactions but there isn't that much backing behind it and compared to all of the big coins which is like ETH, BNB and DOT i think LTC is very far behind of these coins.

I can't agree with this. there's no way if altcoin could be a secure investment. Litecoin was dropping a lot from its ATH and i think anyone who have been holding litecoin for the long term was seeing it dude.
Almost all of the altcoins were the same and they are very volatile and that's crypto. There was no secure investment in the crypto.
Litecoin was having a very bad development progress and that makes it even worst.

Yes, that's what's good in Litecoin.

It's a good alternative although there are also other altcoins that are good in speed and confirmation and surely will receive the fund that you're sending.

Being it as an investment, it's one of the top but I don't have it anymore.

The problem for litecoin is that the lightning network implementation on bitcoin made it useless, after all people that supported litecoin said that it was better because you could get faster confirmations so they expected that bitcoin will become like gold and be only used on big transactions and litecoin will become the silver of this market which was the precious metal with the most circulation, but thanks to the lightning network this is not necessary and any need this market had for litecoin disappeared.

Litecoin is a good coin but we don't know that how long it is going to last long because more and more altcoins are replacing the place of old altcoins just with their initiative ideas or simply promoting on the social media with popular individuals. So litecoin may survive or not in this race in long term means the decision is on your hand and no one knows what can happen in future.

i can't talk about litecoin in terms of long term investment because i don't do that, but i use litecoin to do day trading every day, i also use litecoin to make payments, i like litecoin, after bitcoin the only altcoin i use often and litecoin. however in case anyone thinks about long term investment I think that at most litecoin could still make profit from 4X to 7X if bitcoin price is from $70,000 to $80,000

honestly i still believe that for the next 2 years litecoin will still be in the top 20 of the coinmarketcap

But two years isn't actually a long term investment, it should be atleast 5 years then only we can get enough profits in year averaging. I too agree that litecoin may survive in the top 20 position but with the increase of cryptocurrencies and new projects the market cap value of litecoin is going to be same or lower not so much higher.
