You need to find out how bounty campaign been done or rather employ a bounty manager. You can find a lot of genuine manager in service group and bounty group. Also make details of the project links available for the public for research.

You do not know yet how to handle a campaign on this forum, it will be good to let a manager help you manage your campaign, I will recommend CryptopreneurBrainboss, Hhampuz, Yahoo62278 or Coolcryptovator to help you out if you are serious about bringing a campaign to this forum.

I don't see the OP providing complete information on what project will promote. Users need to verify your project so that they are not promoting scam site or scam project and you must provide your project details here. Also, you must tell whether you will pay participant in bitcoin or your project token in detail.

Some users also suggest that you hire a well-known manager to increase the visibility of your project. I think it would be good for you to consider.

I guess they plan to advertise their project NFT Gate, here is the website link https://nftgate.io/ . What I could understand from very limited amount of info on their website, they plan to be some sort of launchpad/platform for NFTs from various games.

@NFTGate  as others already told you, unless you know how signature campaigns work on this forum (by the way you started it doesn't look like you know this things usually work), its highly suggested that you hire someone to do the work for you. if you want it done in a proper way.

Why don't you just create a topic for new campaign and hire some good manager like Hhampuz to run this campaign for you?
This way participants are securing their payments and you will get better posts than running some random members without control.

I think the first decision you need to make is whether you want to manage the campaign yourself or to hire a campaign manager. Running the campaign yourself is fine, but then you have to create the announcement post, select and keep track of all participants, ensure that the posts meet quality standards, make payments, etc.

In my opinion, you should hire a manager since you seem to have no previous experience with this. Regardless of your projected budget, I believe one of the respected managers here will be able to assist you.

It's not how things work here and it's not proper way to launch signature campaign. You should check threads of other signature campaigns to get idea what you should do.
It would be best to simply hire campaign manager and he will do most of work.
If you want to do everything yourself, then don't do everything secretly via PM. Start thread for campaign with all details, hire trusted escrow to hold funds that people would be sure that they will get paid.
There is no need to invent bike when we already have it.

I can't get people to blindly apply for the campaign, yet they don't know the details. What if the company is scam?

My piece of advice is try to be transparent, share all the details about the service and the bounty company in the OP.

You have to specify if you are going to pay with Bitcoin, if you are going to pay with your native token you should move this to the service section of altcoins also you need an escrow I don't think members will join without an escrow because you are a newbie, it's better to hire a reputable bounty manager to run your campaign.

OP can promote his site on social media (twitter, facebook, telegram or reddit) but for the signature campaign he has to conduct this on this forum.

I meant that the OP, through personal messages, will gather willing participants to wear the signature of the project, while no ANN or bounty thread will be posted on the forum. And accordingly, payment for the work performed will be received directly from the project wallet.

That could be one way possible but why would anyone not publish the ANN or bounty thread and want to start the campaign ?
There are number of negative things which comes in mind because any project with good intentions need not to hide anything. I hope this is not the case, and OP come up with full homework and publish a proper bounty thread.
