Just take a look at the zeros after the decimal point, on Shiba Inu. This is very ridiculous for traders who are after buying hyped coins that will take so many years to appreciate. When I first saw the value of Shiba Inu, i was shocked and decided never to use my funds investing in it cause to me it will take many years to hit quarter cent not even a dollar which looks ironical to me. The coin is good but I will not risk it, just too cheap for me.

Lol, Shiba still has the potential to hit $1 in the distant future, a meme that wants to make an impact and grow in value takes a long time, not to mention the fact that it is backed by many celebrities. Usually, coins with a large community are easy to create shocks, AXS (gaming community), Doge (online community). After all, if Shiba can be pumped well, and blow fire like  Doge going to $1 is entirely possible.

Doge has a higher chance of reaching the price of $1, because it is an old coin that has a large community. In addition, Elon Musk is still shill this coin and so far he has not taken off his sunglasses with a Doge reflection on his Twitter account. But Shiba also has the prospect of growing to such a level, but not before the market capitalization of the cryptocurrency reaches $10 trillion.

Actually there needs to be a separation between shiba inu and Dogecoin even though they are both coin memes, because Dogecoin has long been popular in the crypto space with very cheap prices but can always stay in a good position in the cryptocurrency rankings, in contrast to shiba inu whose future direction is still unclear.

The total supply definitely has a lot of role to play, imagine the coin had only let's say 100 million coins in total supply, and with the current market capitalization it has, the coin will be well above $2 dollars by now, but then, you wouldn't own as much as you currently own, if am not mistaken, dogecoin has a lower total supply than Shiba, if dogecoin which has lower supply and also with a higher market capitalization than Shiba has not reached $1, why are people expecting Shiba to jump to $1 all of a sudden?. It doesn't work like that, even at the current price of bitcoin, It will take a very long time of Shiba to ever see $1.

Perhaps, it was not a surprise due to its market supply and pulling the price and the other factor is that this project seems not worth investment and that makes investors just ignore this. Only just hoping for now is that someone could shill and hypes this project like what happen to Dogecoin. But I think there is no one would able to risk their money and reputation. Or, we will wait for what gonna happen in the next bullish but the question of this Shiba Inu project still exists?

Of course total suply is the main reason why shiba inu can't reach that price, $1 is very unrealistic target and i 100% believe it will be impossible to happen for shib to reach that price. I know everything is possible in crypto but for this kind of meme coin like this without working product, it will never be happen.

Everything is possible if the prediction is realistic, but for a project with this total supply "1,000,000,000,000,000" , it will never happen.

Shiba inu token is popular and the hype was massive. There comes a time when hype will wane and people just get tired and want something else.  I think this is the scenario right now.  Game based token is rising in price  very quickly. Total supply is the main reason that Shiba Inu is hard to reach $1. Apart from that, Shiba Inu is not an investor's favorite coin, and it's not even a coin, just a token that relies on Ethereum and BSC smart contracts. So Shiba Inu does not offer anything new in the crypto world. If developers are willing to reduce the amount of supply, then this is something positive, and will increase prices slowly.

When doge was not able to reach 1$, so Shiba is a long story for me and might not reach as well.  Doge just got a huge momentum due to Elon else it would have never being where it is today even with 0.2$ price which exists now too. For fun and short term if it rises can invest and sell it.

Total supply has to be the overall reason why shiba inu won't get to $1.

If we're to get there a lot of money has to be pumped into this coin which is highly unlikely to happen.

The other option to have shiba hit a $1 is token burns which is well documented to yield positive results, we have seen how Binance coin is growing because of this and this could work for Shiba if it's devs start burning some of its coins to reduce number of coins that exist.

I agree with you, because shiba inu and doge have no function, so it's impossible for the price of shiba inu and doge to increase very high if it wasn't for the hype created by Elon Musk, therefore I'm sure if the hype from meme coin has disappeared, then of course the price of shiba inu and doge will not be able to increase very high again and can even go down, so my advice never invest in meme coin for the long term.

although shiba inu has a quadrilion supply and dogecoin was infinite still this isnt enough reason for the coin to climb up to 1 dollar because in my opinion the quadrilion supply shib has is still a lot  and when it comes to popularity it cant stand a chance with dogecoin  .
shib was still pretty new so to be able to see a juicy value in it you would need to wait for more time .  watch if elon furtherly mentions this coin because that could also help

Shiba inu dollar price is very low. And its total supply is very high. But overall project is very strong and Elon musk is behind this project so means that something big is cooking back on this project to increase the price. In crypto market every thing is possible. I also invested in Shiba Inu with a value of around $347, seeing the market trend, of course, it is very difficult to reach $ 1 even $ 0.001. I think the total supply affects the price which is difficult to rise, if the Shiba Inu can reach the price of $ 0.01 of course it will be ranked #1.

I am wondering how long these meme coins will exist... I also bought some Shiba Inu when it was around 30 sats hoping to score a big win  . It will probably get pumped a couple of times but a reaching a price higher than 0.001$ seems impossible.
