Show of Appreciation, A Senior Member, a new responsibility

Concisely, I really want to thank every user here who have found time to merit my account until I rose from default Edit: Full member to now senior member. I have to admit that the journal has not been easy but what makes it easier IMO was that I wasn't in a haste or trying to get attention to attract merits, I just enjoyed my time as a full member, I saw it as a game even when many users ranked up leaving me behind.

The lesson is that your time will definitely come if you keep putting effort. You are going to be identified one day, surely.

About identification, yes it will come for you just like it came for me as the only award winner among the applicants in nutildah's
Bitcointalk Urban Achievers Merit Scholarship Program thread , for whatever reason that I was the only one among the applicants, I don't know but I'm surely greatful for the favour.





Find a strong point for you and focus on it, try to educate and share knowledge, correct users constructively, don't be rude. For me for example, Trading discussion is my cool spot and I try to share knowledge that I can on the board, newbies take note.

Don't spam merit giveaway threads just to get attention for merit as some high ranking and discipline users won't budge to give you merit there , why? Because you are simply and intentionally spamming.

Congratulations on becoming a senior member, I was also becoming a full member just now.

I still need more knowledge to get me to a higher level.The higher the merit, the greater the pressure, the more you need to study hard！

You seem to be struggling with images in your post (which is surprising for a senior member), so I just want to offer a little tip.
You do not have to define both width and height in IMG tags. In most cases, defining the width will suffice, and the forum will adjust the dimensions proportionately.

Congratulations on achieving a new rank, you're now in the second half of ranks on the forums (1st half jnr to full member, 2nd half is from Snr to legendary) newbie Isn't relevant everyone gets that.  Your story won't have been completed without mentioning nutildah, he has been actively helping members lacking merits but are worth ranking up to rank up of recent, kudos to him for such generous act.

Surprising of all those he has helps you're the only user that I have seen acknowledge his help in your celebration thread maybe others has with replies but I haven't come across it. It's always a thing of joy when those you help show gratitude. I'm sure he must be smiling seeing he did have an impact on someone's account and the person appreciate him for that. Enjoy your new rank, it took sometimes but finally came, you deserve to celebrate it.

Well, not entirely true that you were the only recipient, as Nutidah also merited more users for July to complete the promise of 100merits for them for last month (June) as he exceeded his monthly splash of a maximum 50 per user by default.

No buddy, I wasn't struggling with it okay ? I got busy with other real live stuffs while twerking to get a clearer parameter.

My advise to you is, don't always stay on the forum waiting for who to talk down on without giving time for verification. Get other things to try your hands on while being here for whatever purpose you are here for. Is always better to diversify, a trader's diary

Well, not entirely true that you were the only recipient, as Nutidah also merited more users for July to complete the promise of 100merits for them for last month (June) as he exceeded his monthly splash of a maximum 50 per user by default.

No disrespect to the applicants , I was only regarding the particular turn or set of the last application. I said humbly I didn't know the reason but I'm grateful.

Yeah, I'm sure I've come across you @Palle11 on the forum but noted you a lot more to have been the only one awarded more recently in the current phase of the Nutildah's scholarship thread. It's notable indeed and coming from Nutildah a DT1 member whose reputation preceeds the user, it's a plus to have worn that favour.

Upon going through your thread, I saw you mention a member rank by default and I'm shock as to how long slow you must have been about being a member and full member. You took your time indeed but, its not often a matter of how fast but how well. You've done yourself a great deed to have stepped up and I hope you be about doing your best as you've always done.

Only good things comes to those who find the time to put in the right kind of effort in time, towards a particular course. Be about that and your goals aren't quite far.

You deserve all of the hardwork and persistence and becoming a Sr. Member like me. I’m just less than a hundred away from becoming a Hero member, but I am not in a rush or having a “mindset” to that. I’m just happy and satisfied to be here in this form regardless of the rank.

So much stuff to learn here and to contribute something helpful as well to the community. You’ve done that pretty well to become an awesome contributor to this wonderful forum.

Congratulations for your new achievement but avoid creating such threads in the future because we had enough of such inspirational stories on multiple sections of bitcointalk so excessive of anything is also can be considered as spam.

Myself lacking few merits as well to reach Sr.Member but somewhere I missed my merit earning so now lacking for too long.

I'm happy for you palle11, and as well happy to Nutildah, for uplifting people to rank up to next level, at least this scholarship render help for rapid growth of any member who happen to benefit from it, this program as well helped both a Hero member, Senior member and Full member, so it's a good  welcomed development and it's the reason we have to work effectively or build yourself very well because this award is mostly going to those who earned a merit and their Merit to rank up to another position remain few like fifty or above fifty with a little margins different...so from my observation those calibers are people needed to receive the award immensely.

This is true, I know that there a lot of newbies who spam the merit thread giveaway but of course it will depend on the content cause sometime there are some author who wishes those newbies to post on their thread to look for potential merit post.

Not 50 at all. I received merit from nutildah which nutildah said that I did get partial merit scholarship so I didn't received more merit compared to other participants where they received a total of 100 merits. Not that I really want merit but to respect nutildah's reason why not give me more merit as stated by nutildah's post once the 30 days are up. Nutidah didn't mention that partial merit scholarship are not included so I am expecting to receive more since it's already 30+ days up and I was merited on may 24. ANYWAY, congratulations to palle11 for ranking up.

I think it was obvious why Nutidah awarded you that partial merit of 25merits as at the time he did. You were 225 merits far from ranking up and as such weren't qualified for the scholarship to start with. He didn't just want to leave you home and dry according to his comment here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5338649.msg57083389#msg57083389 . I think he did it out of leniency by bending the rule of his game just to accommodate you on that one. Those who got full merits of 50 and above basically met the criteria for qualification. So, I don't think there's anything wrong if he decides to splash you with more merits or not. It's his discretion to do what he thinks best.

No it's not obvious at all. At first, nutildah didn't state that it should be those who need less than 50 or 100 merits to rank up. Nutildah even explained it's his/her fault for not stating it right away in op. You can check it on the reply made by nutildah when I got merited because I am worthy of the scholarship program as I did read op and didn't find that it should be for forum users who need less 50 or less than 100 to be eligible to join.
