Tracking Down Scammer known as Dr Moriarty/Grant Millar/Black Lilac

It's been a few years since he was active on here, but does anyone have information on the owner of The Bitcoin Network and it's now defunct operations such as:

torwallet
darklaunder
bitlaunder
coinmixer
bitplastic
Black Lilac Financial
enumbered
coinchimp

and many many more

He has operated under the following names:

Dr Michael Moriarty
Jordan Lear
Grant Millar
Quentin Barnes
Yitzhak Rosenthal
Eddie Temple

His scamming activity was well documented over the last decade:

I'm trying to pull together information on him, to help verify whether he is currently running a new scamming operation.

Any help you could provide would be great.

It could be very hard to track user if he use another new name on new project. Especially to a place that only uses a username.

Is there any info/proof that will prove that the person behind those projects and names are only a single person?
