DO NOT USE THE SITE, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE SOME CRIMINAL.

So here is the back story:

Back in 2018 I was curious about their service and I opened an account without verifying my identity, I deposited 2 bucks and after time I decided to withdrawal it but I couldn't because the minimum was 5 usd. So I decided to leave it. Today I got an email saying my account will be charged some storage fee so I decided to check it. When I logged in I was surprised to see that there were 15 euro instead of 2 dollars, so I just decided to withdrawal them (I have changed the password of the account because it is almost 3 years old and I forgot it, although I am still using the same IP address as when I created the account) it turned out that they locked my account for "security check" (too make sure that it's me and not a hacker), they asked for my ID and a selfie with it (KYC), I've contacted their support, it took them 2 hours to respond, The support was awful, It is just trying to force you the KYC Procedure.I asked multiple times how does it prove it's me and not a hacker and the couldn't answer, I asked them "How can I be a hacker if I am using the same IP address as when the account was created ...you can basically go in activity tab and look past logins and all are from my IP address) In their site as well as on trustpilot it is stated that they do not ask for KYC if you are going to be using their service only for crypto transactions. When I told the support that I don't want to do KYC and that I just wanted to withdrawal my money to external Bitcoin address they told me that doing KYC is the only thing that could unlock my account. I really don't understand why services like this try to use KYC as an excuse for scamming their customers. You would probably say that I am the one doing shady stuff not wanting to do the KYC but it's just not worth it uploading your ID risking it to potential data breaches so you could withdrawal 15 euro. So please be aware of sites like this, always check their TOS and do not make mistakes like me, there's always some line saying "In rare cases we would ask for verification" while it's happening with every third customer who haven't verified their account. BEWARE OF SCAMS LIKE THIS, NOT YOUR KEYS NOT YOUR MONEY!

P.S:
I am not about the 15 euro, It's just that I am tired of KYC bullshit and how services like this use it to lock people and take their money if they don't want to provide documents. I had other crypto services asking for KYC but most of them don't lock you for random shit and let you cash out. KYC isn't meant to lock people of their accounts to check if a hacker is logging instead, it's meant so the Company can know who the hell is using their service and company like this just use it to make some extra cash.

One mistake you did was keep the coins in the exchange. You never keep coins in an exchange if you are going to be away for a long time. Terms and conditions change in a flash for the centralized crypto exchanges. 3 years is a damn long time. Just look at what happened to binance and Bitmex over the course of the 3 years
They may have not been strict with KYC in the past, but they now are. I am not supporting them because they maybe scam, but right now you have no choice but to give up on the 15 euros. It's not worth it for your personal documents.
