The only crypto site that have all these features is probably Stake, unfortunately they don't have any first deposit bonus but their promotions and monthly rewards are good enough to compensate for any deposit bonuses. The closest thing they'd offer to new players are the reloads where you have to use someone else's referral code and you can claim a certain amount per day kind of similar to faucets but it only lasts for one month. Their livestreams aren't the best as the coverage is somewhat limited since they can only offer it to certain countries.
