Aside from Bitcoin (BTC), will long-term investments in the crypto space provide any guarantee?
Of course my question is based on some experiences that occur in the market.
My observations of crypto market conditions, such as there are groups or people who do things that cause the price of other coins to only last for a moment.

for me aside of bitcoin, maybe BNB and ethereum is the best choice for long run not those altcoin that can't show a good reason to hold. coz sometimes they cant provide any guarantees after all base on my experience . So IMO much better to put trust in such crypto currency to assure everything will be fine and worth it to hold  even for how many months or years it doesn't matter . Which is unlike some altcoin that sometimes when they're at the dip they can't survive and last after all. So we need to be smart when it comes investing to don't waste our time and efforts.

it all depends on what guarantee you mean.
if the guarantee of profit I think it all depends on the management of the investment assets that you do. because the long-term market situation will always be volatile.
but if you mean a guarantee for a scam or trusted. There are many choices in the market. even trusted new projects are also in the market. we can judge from their platform products and partners that are in demand by the market.
new assets that I believe for the long term are CAKE, TKO, and PYR.
while for old assets, BNB and ETH are the main ones

I'd never see any assurance from investing in crypto coz that really depends on the investors but, if you know what you are doing and invest in those coins that are profitable like ETH and BNB as for long-term investment, you certainly have a huge chance to make some profit from them. But as I said, it really matters how you manage your trades because if you also don't have faith in your invested coins, it could easily for you to get panic and even think about selling once it drops.

There is no easy money in crypto and sometimes we have been tested by our faith towards the market and sometimes also we have to sacrifice our time by patiently waiting for the perfect time to sell and buy. But for the honest take and base on my observation, the long-term investment gives you such great rewards but of course, that only happens when you are also investing in promising and working projects.

It is a need for us to take responsibility for our investment, it is either a short-term or long-term investment. We also have to keep in mind that investing was not easy and it never gives you any assurance unless if you already know what will happen next.

Investments never comes with guaranteed rewards, if there is any guaranteed investment schemes and its legit then the ROI probably less than 10% which is too low in the cryptocurrency market.

While talking about the potential then Bitcoin and other popular coins gave good profits in long term and also its still growing.

There's nothing that guarantees to be honest all of them bears some risk and if you're man enough to carry that then you can do long term holding it, of course it should be the money you can afford to lose.

Look for altcoins that has potential in the long run and has more use cases, altcoins that potentially be used by a company, a government or even by a country. There are some altcoins like that, you can do a proper research about it.

I guess we have to look at the definition of "guarantee", because nothing is certain, especially in cryptocurrencies. No one can guarantee you anything when it comes to price because there's no single party that's in charge or taking accountability.

I understand what you are saying, even I myself feel the same as what you said regarding investment guarantees in the crypto space.

There will be some coins that can give you certainties but there are also some that wouldn't. It would more likely depend on your choices if your investment can give you a guarantee because if you will be investing on a coin that will obviously go down after a long time of having a high value, then you are just putting yourself into a higher risk. As you make an investment in the crypto space, consider yourself already as someone who is taking on a risk. There are really no assurance for me, it is more likely about the timing, the right decisions and the right choices that makes you profitable in crypto.

Right, actually there are no guaranteed profit in anywhere in the crypto market is specially high risk i think. Profit from bounties it’s now quite difficult because tons of projects goes SCAMMED. I didn’t get payment for a several projects where i was signature participant. Specifically which project will return good profit within one year that's no one can guarantee in altcoins investment. 

Once we enter into investments, either in crypto space or in the real world, none of them can give us a guarantee. Even if we tend to hold our coins in long term, it will still have no guarantees that we will make profits at the end of the day. So be ready to make profits or end up with losses in the long run. But somehow we can minimize losses if we have those skills and strategies needed to have in such investments.

Having said that, investing in pump and dump coins doesn't mean you'll earn profits, which by extension means there are no guarantees, your chances of loss is somewhat higher than that of profit, thus you should actually DYOR on the product you want to invest in for the long term and not just basically investing in any coin for the long term.

Even if you invest into bitcoin for long term, i must say there is still no assurance for it. Remember how volatile the market is and the price will always have its pump and dump anytime of the day. Having bitcoin into long term investment might be less risky compared to altcoins so better focus in bitcoin and maybe reserve a small portion for those altcoins who were in the top 50 CMC. It's good to invest in crypto as long as you have those coins with great potentials and you are making DYOR everytime you make decisions.

Well Bitcoin just as it is.  If you are for quick bucks, sure go and invest in those pump and dump but it will surely hurt when it does not go into your favor plus adding it up that there are many shitcoins in the market having value just because BTC increased.

The important point if we want long-term investment is the real function and strong fundamental support, which is very much needed in real life. Long-term investment also requires strategy, mental strength, and patience. For example, for those who do not understand market analysis for trading, they can take advantage of the DCA strategy for long-term investment.

I am more interested in day trading, looking for opportunities to take profit even if it is small but sustainable. Honestly, I don't have a mental holder.
btw, in the crypto world there is no guarantee that the money you invest will be profitable, there are many unexpected things and the market is very volatile. so never accept offers from people you don't know who guarantee quick profits in crypto, it's very risky.

What "guarantee" are you looking for? A guaranteed profit? Well, if you are holding bitcoin and other well known altcoins, then highly likely you will be making some very good profit in the long run. If you are investing on shitcoins, then no, you won't be making anything in the long run. You will lose everything. But you should keep in mind that the crypto market is very volatile. We don't know what's stored in the future for crypto currencies. It might become obsolete or it might be the mainstream currency. So whatever you do, make sure you know the risks.

Guarantee of what? I don't think that crypto will really give us a guarantee of 100%. If you're looking for a 100% guarantee for the future, you can go to property investment.
However, although it doesn't give a high guarantee, we all have known about the crypto world, how many people are successful from investing in crypto (of course the worthy cryptos, not the shitcoins based on hype and FOMO only).
That is why it is better for us to always consider and analyze which cryptocurrencies will be chosen for investment in order to lower the risks.

Holding long term does not mean that it will provide a guarantee, the concept is to become a believer that bitcoin will reach an all time high again in the future. with great returns. and many people believe it will happen again . basically there are 2 sides 1 who believe bitcoin will be much more expensive than it is now and another side people who doubt anything about bitcoin. if you have decided to become a long term holding, you must first believe in bitcoin.
