Technical question for a website idea

maybe someone can help me with this.

So I explain as a random example what I need:

Imagine I have 10.000 video clips of cute cats, each 30 seconds long. I want a website where these clips run in a row (like a compilation) 24/7.
I don't want just make a 24h long video - it should be mixed by random and with the option to always add new videos or remove some.

First thing I had in mind was a kind of live streaming, but I don't want stream over sites like twitch or yt - I also don't really want run my home pc 24h for that.

Anyone know what would be the best solution?

I'm not a tech expert about websites but that's likely. I think I've seen some websites that are made and dedicated to that.

Wordpress would be my first choice cause I mainly worked with it so far.

But my problem is to figure out to explain in the right way what I'm looking for, I mean what words I need google.

I would try to do that with a custom video player and playlist in loop mode. Try exploring various video player plugins, I'm sure there is one that has such capabilities.
