I have a 750watt power supply and also four Vega 56 cards, I want to know if this power supply is enough to power these Radeon AMD cards or it's bad new? Maybe i should use add2psu or use the old trick of connecting two power supply?

It is not enough get better psu for those beasts. Remember vegas are good cards dont mess up with cheap psus. I would recommend 1000-1200w good psu.

How about using double power with add2psu? I've watched few videos on YouTube and they claim this is even the safest way to power more GPUs on a single motherboard

Yes you can use ofcourse and it works with no problem just make sure do not mix +12v rails. i mean you must feed riser and gpu from same psu.

What kind of power supply do you have and how many power connectors do you have on your graphics cards?
Calculate what is more profitable for you. I would also buy 1 Corsair power supply because it is very reliable.

And I sold your power supply if it was from AeroCool and so on.

I agree. You can never go wrong with Corsair.I also recommend the HX or RM series,HX Platinum or RM Gold,I have both of them Rm 1000 Gold and HX 1200 Platinum, they are running since the end of 2016 and powering up everything I throw to them. They will handle 4 Vega cards really easy without problems,a 750 Watt PSU is a sure thing that it will ruin itself or your cards with the passing of just a bit of time.
