Employing a person who copy pasted the work of another person on a contract basis does not remove the employer's responsibility of being answerable to the wrongs done by the employee.
we have not put Tens of thousands of ponds of our hard earned money into a project to decieve people, we are hard working and are trying to launch a succesful busines that many people can also prosper from.
Why did you not put the money in getting a proper whitepaper submitted in the first place? If you have been in this industry for a longer period of time you would already know that investors check these things before putting even a single satoshi into funding a new project: Whitepaper, Team members, MVP.
A copied whitepaper for whatsoever reason immediately drags down the name and reputation of the project and the fault lies in the team. No excuse about that.
I believe you team is also anonymous which is another red flag. Satoshi remained anonymous but they did not sell their project at a cost to others, so that does not make satoshi and your team same, mind you.
