Im always expecting nothing from the airdrop. there are lots of people are still joining in the various airdrops but hundreds time i have seen these airdrops turned into the scam airdrop.
I did nothing and im not even interested in the airdrop. So many projects that we're doing airdrop were useless. They have no vision to develop a product.
They are trying to get more attention from the users through use airdrop. This used by shitscam coin to promote its garbage coin.

Same here. Been long time that I participated in airdrop. Aside from various tasks that you need to fulfill, you have no assurance if the token or coin will ever hit in exchange and be valuable in the market. Only rare opportunity that you will encounter an airdrop that hit big time in the market just like UNI. And besides, even if you got the airdrop coins/tokens, sometimes it is not worth trading as it may incur higher fees than its actual value. So bottomline, the airdrop coins may end up worthless most of the time.

The pandemic crisis is still there and we have nothing to do but to keep going until this will be over. Our life in crypto continues despite the biggest challenge we face inside and outside the crypto space.

But if you are talking about participating in airdrops these days, that certainly be a waste of time. Have to find nothing good airdrops yet and that seems impossible to find, honestly. We can't hide the truth that airdrops now are just sh*tcoins and it only stuck on our wallet.
If you will just invest in promising projects, maybe you could feel at ease even the pandemic continued.

Yes, the pandemic is still going on or it will take a long time to get rid of but we have to adapt ourselves according to the conditions. It's better to do bounties rather than participating in the Airdrops. Recently I got banned for 1 week for the first time in the past 4 years. There is some manager who does not follow the Bitcointalk rules so one should always be careful while joining the airdrops. Your Ac might be at risk. During this pandemic, I participated in the maximum bounties and earn my livelihood easily from the coins that I received from the bounties. I don't have much faith in Airdrops as most of them are not paying and those who paid us that is also a meager value coin.

A good add up but wont really be that ideal if you do make it as a source of income because most of airdrops are just scams or would totally ending up on having no value at all but its not a bad idea
if you do have the free time in doing so and as long theres no KYC and there no deposit or something like that then its not really that bad on at least claiming some airdrops and you wouldnt
know if one of those coins you claimed did really make out some good pump and would able to make some free money out of those free coins but never ever put all of your time
on hunting airdrops because it wouldnt really be worth of.

It seems like indeed a pandemic will not end in the near future.
And online work is one of the most sought after for now.
I personally like prioritizing work in Crypto, both trading and this signature campaign.

And for airdrop, it sometimes we find a promising airdrop. However, not everyone can choose promising airdrop, and even ends in vain. Maybe the comparison is very little.

Not only that, sometimes we just follow the airdrop and this doesn't work at all.
It might be better if we not only rely on airdrop, there are still several other roads such as trading (capital can be from the results of bounty / airdrop / other prizes programs), Bounty Campaign, Referral, and Games.
But of course, analysis and first consider the project which can be promising.

Can't remember that I've been into airdrops so even if pandemic or not, there will be those projects that are going to offer airdrops. As you see, there are many of them and it's only you to think of it if they're worth taking those airdrops. We'll, they're free so there's no need to think that much and just get as much as you can and see how many of those got value for real after their launching. But most likely, out of 10, you'll barely get a few of them and not even half of it has value.

Now a lot of interesting projects appear in the ecosystems of Cosmos and Polkadot. Better to research these projects and invest rather than trying to make small amounts of money with airdrops.

Airdrop is useless nowadays and just a waste of time, only good project art worth it but if its a new token, think again if you are going to participate. Though the pandemic didn’t affect the airdrop because even before the pandemic, airdrop was slowly losing its real value. This pandemic didn’t affect crypto market much, this has been the safe haven during pandemic and is still working good until today.

Well, for me personally, the only airdrop I've gotten since my crypto journey started which atleast was worth a little tangible amount of money was that which happened recently from shapeshift, I receive 350 FOX tokens from shapeshift which was worth about $260 usd at the time, since my crypto journey began in 2016, this is the only airdrop I've received that is worth something.
And concerning what I think about airdrops, they should never be depended on, airdrop happens by luck, 99 percent of the airdrops we fill their forms today don't actually pay, those that even pay are worth absolutely nothing, this is why I think airdrops shouldn't be depended on in this age of cryptocurrency.

And unfortunately, most of them die even before hitting the market. Personally, I haven't done any airdrops like in 2 or 3 years, because there's no more worth on getting it, the value is very low and it seems to depreciates over time. So I'm not sure if there will be successful airdrops in pandemic because there's no more hype into it. 2017 was big though, lots of project that airdrop is worth something, but the landscape has change since then.

Yeah, I know it's not a waste of time joining airdrops, but majority of them are worthless now. And the sad part is that it is being used by scammers. Like you have to send some ETH to get your airdrop, LOL, that was a classic scam.

And then majority of them are asking for personal info before they airdrop to the participants. That for me is also a sign of scam, in the first place why do they need to have KYC? And there are the problems with your personal info being used by those projects for anything that want. So just be careful with those airdrops.

Perhaps, some of them are just a tool to collect our personal identity and use it in an illegal way. I think we should be skeptical in any form or airdrops asking like that or we have not to participate them as they don't give any for us but just a shitcoins with no market value and not listed to an exchange. We can't win over their bad intentions if we keep supporting and joining them. Apparently, these airdrops aren't new to us and we are also aware of what a waste of time joining with them.

I don't think that airdrop will be worthy enough. Although there are few, it is very few.
Additionally, we can also see how the pandemic really affects many people in the world. And maybe many scammers there utilize this situation to reach much more money.

The pandemic had a catastrophic effect on all the things existing here on earth. The world economy was affected, restrictions to movement, the lost of lives from round the world. The pandemic had no good thing to offer.
I was not much activit with crypto news when the pandemic strock hard in most of the big countries of the world, so I did not participate in airdrop or bounty campaign. The death rate made me weak and hard broken that the taste of money was no more on my mind, because only the living can buy and sell.
Well, as for the airdrops giveaways, they are gradually wearing away and I don't think they will last longer in the system. Having a focus on bounty campaign will pay higher and will give more reasons to complete your task when you know the worrh of you take at the end of the week.

Most airdrops now are either a failure or just a hack attempt/phishing. It would be better to stay away from it like I did way back years ago.
I experienced one time an airdrop for a phishing attempt and my e-mail was hacked thanks to my little knowledge about what they do.
But after that, I never got near any airdrop anymore. I can say I already learned my lesson and will just keep on working for money instead of freebies.
Before, it was the hype and you can really make some dollars if you are earlier to exchange it but with just a couple of days the value will go down after everyone had already sold.
That's my own view though and you can still continue if you think there's still chance for making money but I just told my story and I hope it can help a little for reference.

Agree, many airdrops are suspicious because we do nothing but tokens are sent to our wallet. I've been sent tokens several times that I don't know where they came from and just in case, I'd better just leave it alone and don't connect my wallet to their platform because I think it's dangerous

I also get a lot of BSC tokens in my wallet. if you connect to the exchange you will be asked to unlock the token. most of them are very expensive, but there will be a statement that you are asked to send BNB in large quantities. I'm not sure it's just a fee. but in the BSC network, I'm sure it's not a fee. once you make a BNB delivery, you will not get anything. be careful choosing tokens in your wallet suddenly.

The covid pandemic is still happening around the world, new variants of them are constantly being cloned. Delta is wreaking havoc and there hasn't been enough time to fix a booster vaccine.

and what kind of airdrop has made you successful during this pandemic?

Does it have anything to do with the Airdrop? a job? I choose to accumulate investment and participate in bounty as a job. I have never participated in an airdrop I don't think it has a positive result.
