if you ask crypto investors what is digital gold then the majority will answer "Bitcoin".  This perception has been ingrained in the minds of many Bitcoin buyers, so they are not very interested in altcoins even though they have more advantages than Bitcoin.  the majority of crypto investors cannot possibly prefer altcoins over Bitcoin, they would have lost their minds if they did that.

Bitcoin was the first to introduce the crypto world. Of course this makes it the main and valuable. all crypto will follow its movement,. if btc goes down other crypto will go down too. because the very large exchange value affects it all.

Even though there are lots of coins or projects which are most better than bitcoin in terms of technicalities but doesnt mean that BTC is already a garbage.Its still capable or do function on how it should be.
Thinking off that this is the first crypto existed and its just normal that it would really be getting that kind of demand and recognition and its a bit understandable that as years passed by then there would
be progress or improvement on most projects or even on newer ones but the community do still have that fixed impression that they would really be still supporting the king of crypto.

I think Bitcoin is very unique, even more unique because people want to own it like having a very limited amount of gold. You can get Bitcoin at a high price today, because its existence is increasingly rare. Although bitcoin can be used for payment purposes, until now it is still less effective when compared to other Payment Gateways.
