So, the app will be on 2021 Q4. I'm currently quite confused, seeing their roadmap which says that they are targeting a decentralized exchange on the Q4, so I'm a bit hesitant it will list on a top tier exchange based on cmc.

Yes it's moving to the USDT and ETH pair gets removed from there. Sadly when p2p was making this change and it doesn't create a report to the CMC and that makes CMC remove the ETH pair and it was not adding USDT pair for FBE. It can be tracked but it seems like both were so lazy to create a report about the update on the pair for FBE token. The developers must inform CMC about this to make sure there will be a new pair listed on the CMC rather than makes it empty.

I want to accept that most of there decision on market trade is because of the delayed launch of the deliverables. They seem too quiet for me and not good for the confidence of investors. Bounty token will be released to a market where the liquidity is low, this could be good done to manage tokens at early but other decisions should be made fast.

Today the team is working on sending FBE tokens to those who buy from pre-sale, after that airdrop and bounty tokens will be released
But more important is the usability of the coin And the team said the App will be released between September 30 to October 15, I hope there is no delay

Delay was a common thing coz it's not all of things will be running smoothly like what we have expected. I can tolerance if the development will always need the time and rome can't be build in a night. The team was active on the telegram group but the only thing that makes it looks like lack of update caused by the team was not giving any update about what kind of development that already prepared behind the scene. p2pb2b listing may become a bad decision that already taken by the team but i can't deny that if the team didn't have lots of budged and it can't be listed on the better exchange. p2pb2b market was just a garbage market and bounty token can't be sold until there will be a better exchange site but the only question in my mind for the team. why don't they list this on the quickswap? Quickswap was good enough to be consired as alternative exchange site instead of paying the crap exchange site like p2pb2b. that's a non sense thing to see that if the team didn't consider to list its own token on the quickswap as the official swap for the polygon chain.

Maybe the team can consider to organise trading competition to boost the volume up a bit, some volume don't attract traders thus the team really needs to do something to increase volume, and they should also consider listing on new exchange too, a third tier exchange with good volume.

i think team are not interested for such thing before release their fbe app, because without app this project have not any fundamental value.

This is easy to explain. The daily volume of this token is very small, in the region of $ 20 thousand on this exchange. And 13 thousand were allocated for one signature company that's not counting other companies. So the price is actually holding up well.

How long you have been in the cryptocurrency? the buy orders were so small compared with the tokens that sent by the hunters to the p2pb2b market. that's why the buy order got eaten easily by the tokens that were dumped by the hunters. It's caused by this token has no volume in the market and it can't prevent the dump to happen.

The team at least make polygon dex available. the team doesn't have intention to list the token on a better exchange site. They can at least spend a few thousands dollars to get a better exchange site than garbage p2pb2b. It's not a big surprise to see the price will be dumped even more.
