Sourdough bread is made by fermenting the dough by using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast bacteria.  Sourdough bread has a more sour taste and better natural properties than breads made with baker's yeast, due to the lactic acid produced by lactobacillus. 

Besides, if you want, you can dominate the taste of your sourdough.  How Does?  With natural fermentations obtained from fruits. 
For example, put half a sliced ​​apple in your jar.  Add water so that the jar is 4/3 full.  Cover your mouth with a thin cloth.  Stir every day for 1 week until the acid is completely removed.  When the gas output is completely gone, the resulting liquid should be ph 4<.  make sourdough with this liquid.

Now I am missing grandma , because she loves preparing Sourdough ..

I remember since my early schooling that my sandwich prepared by her using Bread and damn than is part of my whole childhood.

but when she left my parents cannot provide one for us lol.

Sourdough bread for all of my sandwiches and when I make French Toast.

Please bring me one ? i really missed sourdough bread.. there are limited bakeshop that has this here .
