In addition to improving your image and fixing your red trust, you also need to correct your spelling. You have at least a few errors in your annoucement. I doubt any respecting project will hire a manager (even for free) who doesn't even know how to write "campaign".

OP was tagged because of cheating and he wants to manage a campaign can we expect him to run a clean campaign if he himself was marked as a cheater and besides one of the characteristics of a good manager is meticulous in details obviously he is not good at details because he misspelled the word campaign which is something he wants to manage.
