This following has happened to me twice now. Both times on  my get out bets when Big Money was at risk (big for me).

I play Cloudbet Roulette. Twice now after my 6th to 7th loss I hit my winning number. Get my endorphin kick, only to realize my bet still stands on the table and  and the number that was rolled didn't even register on Cloudbets history. Like it didnt happen. I will paste a screen shot of the first time showing the ball laying in pocket 9. My bet covers 9. the result happened but didnt show up on the history. My bet carried over to the next round. Which Lost. I complained to cloud bet only to be told it didnt happen. No comparing actual results from the provider to cloudbets history. Or they see it happens but see it as a way to not pay out. Who am I to them? Some small fry that doesnt matter.

Second time it happened for a ton more money just today. Again the result didnt show up on the history like it just didnt happen. I wasnt quick enough to take a screen shot of the ball in the pocket. Actually I was on the phone. Anyway The first time it happened I found Askgamblers help and really didnt get any help. They sent me this and I still don't know what its means:

This time I wont bother. I just want others to know if you play cloudbet roulette no one wants to know about the software glitch. Its hard enough trying to win without added glitches that just happen to time themselves on your get out bet.

PS I have no idea how you insert an image. What ever I try doesnt work. I think this forum was made back in the day Drag & drop wasnt a thing.

can't really help you with anything. but do you still play on Cloudbet? if you are, you should use a screen recorder whenever you are playing so when the glitch happened again you have proper evidence to show to their support and can't deny that there is a problem.

regarding the image, newbies are restricted from posting any images on the forum but they are allowed to post the link of the image. try downloading the image you want to show on Imgur then copy-paste the URL link from Imgur into your thread.

Yeah I thought of recording my sessions. But I give up with Cloudbet. Even with a recording there's not much one can do if they refuse to acknowlege the glitch. It's not like I can go to the police.
I'm more than happy with Ignition Casino. So far so good!
Cloudbet still havnt even responded to my support ticket. This in its self is a red flag for me. I don't know why they don't worry about retaining players.
