I think there are the commands that any miner support which you can put in the script file that starts the miner,many miners support parameters of core and memory clocking and I think the best for AMD cards is in Linux Teamredminer and Lolminer.
For how to read the official threads of the miners here in the forum as most of them list the command parameters there.

Overclocking, power limit and fan control for AMD cards in Linux is done in terminal through ROCm.

Many miners have switches that allow for control of clocks/voltages in Linux.

You can easily overclock your graphic cards using Linux base mining OS like raveOS or HiveOS, it's more easier this way and you can find a perfect OC for your card in this OS most especially HiveOS

Overclocking AMD cards are a pain in Linux even if you are good with computers.

The two easiest ways is to either use some linux distro like HiveOS which can make it simple to adjust your OC.

Another way is just mod your bios and you won't need to do a software OC. Just use atiwinflash and use any bios editor and change the clock speeds, memory speeds, voltages on there.

Then when you start mining, it should automatically use those clocks. Make sure you verify with a multimeter or some KillAWatt power reader to make sure the undervolt was applied however. I had issues in the past where it didn't want to undervolt properly. Cards were running hot and something wasn't right.

im mining on manjaro right now with a 5700 while im typing to u
all u have to do is install manjaro then add opencl in add/remove software
then i use corectrl, prolly have to add this, to underclock and undervolt as well as fan curves
then im using teamredminer

at most u might have to update the GRUB to fully unlock clocks and fan curve
just search for "overclocking amd linux" and u should find multiple detailed instructions to update GRUB
