Can't withdraw on rocketpot.io after their 'airdrop'

So I tried to play more than $300 in order to be abble to withdraw.
I managed to beat the roulette because my balance reached 0,02769444BTC.

I then tried to withdraw, and I had the same message. I did contact the support, and they quickly responded:

But 10 days later, no news. I emailed them 2 days ago, no response...
It is still impossible to withdraw (message "you did not play 3x the deposit amount").

What is your experience with rocketpot.io? Any chance I'd be allowed to withdraw?...

Lol! No businesses entity will give you 100 usd without any strings attached. This 3x play amount requirement is a wagering requirement. But if you have really played with 3x of the bonus amount, then you shouldn't face any issue.

Contact them directly and if they do not pay you open a scam accusation against them in the sub forum scam accusations to warn others before they invest in it but give them enough time to respond as the owner of the website has positive trust on the forum which means this is probably just a error.

It definitely looks like a bait and switch. You should stay away from small companies that are offering vast incentives to random users as they rarely have the financial reserves to complete it. In fact this definitely fits the profile of a ponzi scheme, where they are dangling free money in front of people in order to get them to deposit lots of money to "unlock it". However the end result is, that money they enticed you with never actually existed and now they have hundreds of dollars of your money as well. If they do this with enough users they could easily disappear or claim to be hacked and sail off into the sunset with nobody able to find them. Your best bet is to take any free coins you get but never deposit a penny in order to cash them out, just accept that until you get control of them (with ZERO strings) then it doesn't really exist - it's just a made up promise. Take it as a lesson and move on.

^ It is here on the T&C. "9.5. Rocketpot may amend, reclaim, refuse or cancel any promotion at any time at its own discretion" (https://rocketpot.io/terms/). It does not mean you have been airdropped an x amount you are free to withdraw it, you need to wager and every gambling site has a wager requirements before you can withdraw the airdrop. Airdrop is something like a kind of promotion, not a giveaway, that is how users trigger to deposit once they like to gamble and that was the most gambling sites expected. But before that, you can also ready the T&C for further information.

actually Rocketpot.io OP is not actively posting but getting only last August 2. and this is a clear issue as the poster had been completely followed the instruction and even wagered 3x more than the required for airdrop meaning he complied to all the desired of the site yet not answering for the last 10 days? while OP is actively emailing and messaging them ? this only mean 1 thing , their support is suck and their team is not worth sending issues towards their site, if they can manage making 100$ withdrawal a big problem then what more if you need to claim much bigger amount?
Sorry but i think this kind of site must be avoided and never try your luck.

I tried to withdraw some of my funds from rocketpot.io yesterday. I have not yet recieved the funds to my wallet. I have made a total of 5 withdrawals, of which the first 3 I have recieved, and the rest are "processing". I hope I can recieve my funds soon. I have tried to look for a solution, and apparently, you are supposed to recieve an e-mail to confirm your withdrawal, which I haven't (neither for my recieved withdrawals and my unrecieved withdrawals). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

This was the last post in their thread and until now this poster did not update as he promised and there were no further posts for over a month now, something is not right if the admin is not updating or even bump the thread anymore if there is no answer anymore and no update anymore and there's pending payout this is a clear indication that you should avoid this, if they want to return again and attract players again they should resolve all issues including yours.

I have not played over rocketpot.io and in your case it was a normal airdrop and you received your funds but they have condition setup for withdrawal as mentioned by you.

To make a withdrawal, you’ll have to bet your deposited amount three times. The site’s terms say that Rockepot.io will process your withdrawal request within 24 hours, but you may have to wait up to seven days after the KYC (Know Your Client) process finishes.

You must check with the support team once again by email or their official thread here on bitcointalk as there are only two ways to contact them.They don't have any probably fair games with them and that's why i avoid playing over there.But we must check all the condition and then start playing over any casino.Hope your query is resolved.

Regarding the T&C, it both says that a bonus can be withdrawn once the betting requirement is reached which is the case, and they can do whatever they anyway.

Before entering on any airdrops especially offered by a casino you should see the conditions given before you can withdraw it since mostly the casino drops that ask to wager it so that you can experience their casino and try to meet their requirements. But you should contact their support so that you can get a good answer to your questions since the answer given by the forum members are maybe base only on their personal opinion or what mostly they encounter.

^ Lol, probably OP thinks that there is an easy of making money through the free airdrop of the gambling site without T&C by the gambling site.
And as far as I know, there should be wager requirements or it should be their minimum withdrawal is a higher bit to the airdropped amount. It seems OP is quite new to being a gambler, did not know that this is a good trick to lure a gambler. How could the gambling site survive if they are so generous like this returning profit to their users is quite impossible. This works only when you deposit! To be clear on that! This is an old rule for some casinos, but recently I see that in many crypto-oriented casinos!
