What is the safest memory temp for Vega 56 and 64? I'm seeing 70°C in hive OS, this isn't the normal GPU temp cos that's at 53°C but is 70°C safe for Vega memory temp? Thank you

Perfectly safe can go upto 94C, safe temperature is 85C heavy duty 24/7 and upto 90C for some hours of days years running.

Mine is currently mining daggerHashimoto at 42 MH @55C.  This card's built like a brick.  You probably could throw it like a brick too and then put it back in your machine and have it work.

it is normal for memory to be hotter compared to the die, even the latest rtx cards memory can reach 90 and even 105, especially gddr6x. if you think it's hotter than your usual temp, maybe change the paste and pads.

🤔 So this explains why gddr6x cards do 90°C on vram when mining? God damn and you say this is safe? On my Vega is 83°C is achieved the system would shut down instantly but is there any proof that this is safe ?
