for me in my view as well 4k is has a potential to reach within this month if ethereum will constantly increasing, because perhaps not possible as it showing good percentage in the market wherein lately its showing +11%. Just imagine if holder were not dumping.

ETH is now growing much faster than Bitcoin, Binance Coin & Litecoin. In just 7 days, the price of ETH has rise about  650 usd worth. Which is more than 20% maybe it’s  Result of London Hard Fork.

Also there was a London hard fork, so maybe the price is reacting to this event.
In terms of predictions, according to indicators (moving average-9) the next target level is 3250 and then we will see judging from news and general situation.
