Every time Joshua Spriestersbach tried telling the doctors, nurses, and staff at a state hospital in Hawaii that they had the wrong man, no one listened and his protests were answered with drugs. After nearly three years, the blithering idiots running the hospital finally figured out their blunder and instead of fixing their mistake, they covered it up by quietly kicking Spriestersbach out on the street with only 50 cents to his name.

The Hawaii Innocence project is now representing Spriesterbach and this week they asked the court to correct this innocent man's life. The filing by the Innocence Project explains how the state was looking for a man named Thomas Castleberry and grabbed the first person they saw instead, Spriesterbach.

I'm beginning to think that you are here to play with peoples' emotions, just to rile them up into a revolution that they haven't thought through. That's not the way to do it. The courts will listen if you do it right.

Do you have any friends? Get a bunch (30 of them) of them together to  form a grand jury, but don't form it yet. Find a court case that you know the judge is going to treat the defendant guilty until he proves himself innocent. Get your troupe to that court, not to say a word, but simply to observe. If the judge doesn't treat the defendant innocent until proven guilty, after the trial, form your grand jury and indict the judge.

If there is one thing a judge doesn't want is to have a complaint tarnish his record. Even one serious complaint against him can remove him from office at times. If he gets removed, what does he lose? He loses $1 million a year for life (which he gets after he is vested - 5 years).

If this judge is upheld wrongly by another judge, shift one or two of your guys around, and form another grand jury against this judge. All the while, take it to the head judge of the State involved. If that judge won't hear it, take it to the governor. If he won't hear it, take it to the State legislature.


How far will you get in a revolution of one? They'll simply call you a shooter, and execute you, or lock you away for 99 years. You need a bunch of you to make your revolution effective.

Rather than doing the hard stuff of a revolution, learn and teach your group the law. Then do it the lawful way.

Use what God gave you to use, or fail... at least in the long run.

for the first time i agree with you, all people when their rights are taken away should go to court and should not be naive to let the matter go unnoticed or to do justice using methods that are not legal. Courts work mainly the courts of rich countries, I don't see why some people still don't trust the courts even though the only and best option they have to see their problem solved or at least have some chance of being solved.

Agreed legal action should be taken against these innocent people they are being forcibly employed in bad deeds like drugs due to lack of proper control of the government. The number of such bad deeds is increasing in the world today and their influence in the political arena is limitless due to the weakening of the legal system innocent people can avoid drugs if the government takes the right steps to solve the problem. Agreed legal action should be taken against these innocent people they are being forcibly employed in bad deeds like drugs due to lack of proper control of the government. The number of such bad deeds is increasing in the world today and their influence in the political arena is limitless due to the weakening of the legal system innocent people can avoid drugs if the government takes the right steps to solve the problem. There will be severe penalties for those who trade in this type of drug.

Calling deeds bad before legal adjudication is what we are fighting. Much legal adjudication can be reversed with simple changes to the wording brought by the accuser and/or the accused.

That would surely impact his mental health and it might even end up getting far from being treated. Also, with consideration that drugs were involved and it happened for 3 years, if justice will not be served, it will prove how broke and how ineffective the justice system in their country. The hospital that did it to him should be shut down and sued for the mistake that they forcibly considered as right while destroying a human being's life. Even after filling him with the wrong drugs, they never took responsibility on what they've done and simply run away. I justice will be given to him and he gets treated as soon as possible.
